Without you I think I would be hopeless

Stranded in the middle of nowhere

With no one to help me

But you are my savior

You are always there for me

Even when no one else is

And I am grateful

For you are my God

My conscience who leads me away from the dangers that lie within

Only you can help me with my dreadful life

You are my candlelight that leads me back home safely

Away from the things that lurk around to eat me whole

You are the wind that blows my sorrows behind

Preventing them to harm and damage my weak heart and soul

I don't know what I'd do without you

I would probably be like a lost deer

Wandering around aimlessly

While making me an easy prey

For my predators to eat me from the inside-out

Bones by bones, I would be crushed to my death

You are my candlelight that leads me back home safely

Away from the things that lurk around to eat me whole

You are the wind that blows my sorrows behind

Preventing them to harm and damage my weak heart and soul

You are my wall of protection

The wall that I can always hide around

Because you always seem to standing tall

You are my shield that can guard me from the fire-breathing dragon

The one that always spits its fire at the weakening hearts

You are my blanket that gives me warmth

The warmth that I need when my conflicts become icy cold

I'm now in debt with you for all that you've done for me

Always caring for me

Even when no one else did
