I gawked at him, standing above me. What does he mean, 'the Doctor'? Wait a second... WHERE AM I?!

I jumped, looking around like a crazy maniac. I took a few steps back, away from him, glaring at him through squinted eyes. "Who are you? Where are you taking me? What is this place?"

He smiled at me. I narrowed my eyes tighter, not trusting him. "What are you smiling at?"

"You didn't notice, did you?"

"Notice what?"

He laughed, and waved his arms around his head, motioning to around the room.

Wait...room?

I turned around, and gasped.

Oh. My. God.

The blue box, it was bigger on the inside. Bigger on the inside.

Anybody else find this weird?

I quickly turned around to face him, my eyes wide in surprise. "What is this?"

He smiled a mischevious smile. "It's called the TARDIS. Time and Relative Dimension in Space. It can travel anywhere through time and space. Anywhere you want to go, any place you want to see, we can do it." He ran towards the control panel looking thing that was behind me, ran up the steps, and at the top, threw his arms in the air and screamed, "THIS IS THE TARDIS!"

My jaw was practically on the ground as I stared at him. A blue box that was bigger on the inside? The TARDIS? This was a lot to process.

"We can travel anywhere together! Anywhere in space and time, we can go! Where do you want to start?"

I stood there, my entire back wet, my jaw dropped, my eyes wide. It took me a few seconds to realize he had asked me a question. "What?"

Wait a minute. "You want me to come... with you?!" My voice squeaked as I finished my sentence. What was he talking about? I couldn't just leave my family out of the blue! What would happen to them without me? What about my friends? Rebeca and Alice are my best friends! I can't leave them without saying goodbye. "What about my family and friends?"

His face lost the smile, and quickly walked down the steps and put his hands on my shoulders, looking down into my eyes. I gulped. While his eyes stayed deep into mine, he started to talk very fast and low.

"The Cybermen are after you, just you. They don't care about your family, and if you don't leave today, your entire family will be killed. For some reason you have something that they want, and I have to figure out what. If you care for your life and the life of the others, you must leave. Do you understand? I don't want you to get hurt."

So that's what those things are called. Cybermen. That was what that big, silver, robot man was. "But why do they want me?" I whispered.

His eyes stayed locked on mine. "I don't know. That's what I'm trying to figure out."

I stood there, considering my choices. If I did go with this man, who knows what will happen to me? I could get killed, and this was just a trick to lure me in as his next victim.

But how was he able to pull off the "bigger on the inside" trick? How could I logically explain that robot man that had attacked a few mere minutes ago? I didn't have anything to lose.

Except my family and friends.

I winced. "I don't know what to do." I whispered, tears filling up my eyes. For some reason I trusted this man, even though I had just met him. He seemed like he really wanted to help me, and it seemed like I had no other choice. Now was the time to make my decision.

I took a deep breath, then finally said, "I'm staying."

His face immediately came into one of worry, and sympathy for me. I smiled a huge, toothy smile.

"With you," I added, and a smile started to form on his face, and quickly evolved into a laugh. I laughed with him, and he took my hand and dragged me up the steps towards the control panel looking thing.

Have I gone crazy? Maybe. But I do know one thing.

This was going to be one heck of a ride.

Okay, finished this chapter. I hoped you liked it. Unfortuantely this isn't the original, I accidentally deleted it while I was trying to figure something out. I had to rewrite the entire thing. :( Well, that's all I have so far. The next part is coming soon!

Thanks for reading! See ya!
