"We're here!" The Doctor exclaimed. He left the control panel and ran down the stairs, Rory close behind.

Amy looked at me, a small smile on her lips. "Ready to go back home?"

I took a deep breath, and nodded. "I'm ready."

She held out her hand, and I smiled, grabbing it. She gave me a bigger smile back, and we walked up towards the Doctor and Rory, who were both waiting at the door of the TARDIS.

The Doctor looked at us, his eyes half closed and his hand against his mouth that was turned up in a slight smile.

"I see you two are friends," He said. Amy nodded.

"Yeah. She's a good girl," She said, smiling down at me. I gave her a half smile in return.

"Well, we best be going," He said, opening the door. We all stepped out into the sunshine, letting the cool, fresh air wrap around us. I smiled.

Home sweet home.

We had arrived at the school, the exact same place where the Doctor and I had first met. I sighed, smiling a half smile.

And to think that was only a few hours ago...

The Doctor turned to me. "Where are we supposed to go?"

"Back to my house, I guess," I murmured, looking around. I didn't see my car anywhere. Where was it?

"Where's my car?" I asked, more to myself. Didn't we arrive only a few hours after I met the Doctor? This doesn't seem right...

He looked at me baffled. "I don't know. It should still be here, we only arrived about seven hours after we left..." He murmured. He walked around the parking lot, where my car was supposed to be. He knelt down, observing something on the ground right next to the spot my car used to be.

"Is this your school?" Amy asked me, looking down at me.

I nodded. "Yeah. Right now is when we're supposed to be getting out."

"It's a pretty school," She commented, taking in the front view. I smiled.

"Thanks," I replied, looking at her as she smiled back down at me.

"Lauren!" The Doctor called, still kneeling down by where my car was.

I walked over to him, kneeling down next to him. "Yes?"

"Didn't you have a book bag with you?" He murmured, still observing the ground. I nodded.

"Didn't you fall in a puddle?" He asked me. I nodded, my eyebrows furrowing together. Where was he getting at?

"Look," He pointed to the ground, standing up. I turned my head to the ground, my eyes getting wide as realization hit me like a wave.

My book bag.

I had left it here when I had ran to the TARDIS the first time.

Why wasn't it here anymore? No one could've taken it.

I stood up, standing up next to the Doctor as we both just stared down at the hole that used to be a puddle.

"Why are you just staring at a hole? Let's go!" Amy remarked, walking up next to other side of the Doctor. Rory came up next to me, also staring at the puddle.

"I had left my book bag here earlier when I fell..." I breathed. How could the puddle have evaporated completely in just seven hours? It takes at least a day! And where had my car and book bag gone? Disappearing book bags seem reasonable, but cars?
