[ Third Person P.O.V ]

When Autumn was trying to feel more secure and less scared of the world. Leo arranged for them to go out together and she had no idea where they were going to. He was determined to find ways to make her more comfortable and feel more safe.

[ Autumn P.O.V ]

When Leo parked our car and we got out I noticed that Leo took out this strange duffle bag from the back of the car. I felt confused and before I could ask what was in the bag

" What's?- " then I felt him moving his right hand on my right side and was saying holding the handles of the bag in his other hand

" Don't worry, let's just go inside. " I felt very weary and didn't have a chance to see the name of a blue building we were entering. I wanted to forget about the bag but once we got inside I noticed guns, fishing stuff, and some fish, bear pelts, and stuffed animals littered the place. At first it felt like a pawn shop but also one that specializes in hunting equipment. I felt Leo directing me with his hand as he was saying leading us through a room.

" It's this way, " I followed trying to trust wherever and whatever we're doing here. We went into this hallways that lead to this lounge area with these counters that had guns displayed but then I saw what the name of this store was called " The Hub "

I felt my nerves starting to rise as I quickly started to put this whole thing together as I saw behind the counter with a man standing behind it had glass that allowed you to see separated places. Also by the screen that had two live streams of what looked like gun ranges plus the man welcoming us saying

" Welcome to the Hub, will you like one or two defender stalls? " I felt I could faintly hear some gun sounds that make me shoot Leo a nervous and a little scared look as I whined

" Leo..we're here to shoot guns? " I started to move and stepped back from his hand on my waist at feeling worried. I could tell he looked like he didn't like me being upset. He started to say calmly to me trying to explain

" Look, If you're not comfortable with doing this I won't make you. I just would like to show you how to use some guns for if you need to use them. " I felt the caring in his voice made me feel a little better and I felt a little nervous when I said quietly

" Okay, I guess I'll give it a try. " he seemed a little better but told the man we'll be having one stall. We were both handed sound muffling headsets to muffle the gun shots. We put them on and it barely did much since we could hear one another.

We went through a door that once it was closed was when we opened the door to enter one of the gun range rooms. It had been empty with just the two of us. There was two tables in the room along with a trash can and wide broom. Leo put the bag down on the table to the left of the door. Once we stepped in and the door closed I tried to take in this place.

I haven't held a real gun before and I haven't seen or been in a real firing range or gun range of any kind. I only see them on Tv and in magazines. The room had those foam interlocking floor mats. They were black and textured with a yellow tape line near the stalls with the red one in front of the stalls where it meets the concrete floor.

The walls were white painted bricks with it being black half way on the bottom. To the right of the room was a door with a square window in it that I assume lead to the next range. The stalls were made of metal with those zigzag patterns on them with these metal tables for each. There were these light brown insulated panels for the ceiling. Above each stall had their own lights and black box with a number for each. There were these little indents of boxes in the left sides of the walls of the stalls that had these two switches.
