"Park Jimin is far from being prince charming."

All heads immediately turned to where the new and somewhat unfamiliar voice had come from. There, just right out of the hallway stood Min Yoongi, the man that Jimin had once fallen head over heels for is standing right in front of them with his eyes piercing through Jimin.

"Yoongi," He gasped.

The two stared at each other for a few moments and in those few moments, Jimin knows exactly what his members are thinking. They would be idiots if they couldn't figure out what was happening in front of them. Jimin knows that there are a lot of things that he had yet to tell his friends but now is not the time for that. First, he needs to assess the situation in front of him.

He sees Yoongi raising a brow and looked around the spacious living room before looking back at him and his friends who were silent the whole time, "What happened? Where am I?"

"You're at our home, Yoongi," Jimin replied, trying his very best to calm himself down. "After we rescued you, you passed out from exhaustion and cleaned your wounds."

"Well, thank you for saving me and... for everything else. I'll see myself out."

At his words, they were all confused by what Yoongi meant and watched as he makes his way to the door.

"Yoongi! Where do you think are you going? You can't go home right now, it's not safe for you and your body clearly needs rest." Jimin's heart is beating so fast, he's almost scrambling about his words.

Yoongi stops and turns around to face him, "You can't tell me what to do, Jimin. Look, I'm grateful for what you and your group did for me but I can't stay here."

"Well, I'm not letting you out of that door."

Everyone can see that Jimin is getting desperate by the minute and if it weren't Yoongi standing there right now in front of him, covered with bruises and bandages, almost limping when he walks, he would have let the stranger go because unlike Yoongi, he wouldn't really care about them. It has been quite some time since they broke up and parted ways but Jimin still has this sense of protectiveness when it comes to the person he once loved.

God, Jimin did loved Yoongi.

"And why won't you?" Jimin was about to respond when Yoongi did not let him. "We all know that there is no other reason for me to stay here but you're just too stubborn to see that. Tell me, Jimin, why won't you let me go?"

The last sentence hit Jimin harder than it should have.

Why does it still hurt? He wanted to ask Yoongi who clearly had no idea what was going on inside his head. Why can't I just let you go?

"Exactly, this is why I can't stay, Jimin, because I have no reason to," Yoongi says after hearing no response from the said man and turns around to face the door but before he could take another step, he speaks once more. "You already told them our past, I don't want to make any more with you. Please, let's just go back to where we pretended you and I are strangers to each other."
