"I hate anything romantic," you grumbled to yourself as you sat in solitude on the rooftop. You didn't bother going to your first class as your eyes were blotchy and your face looked heart broken.

'So this is how it felt to be rejected..'

You've read a lot of comics regarding romance and always rolled your eyes at the heroin, who cried all the time from rejection. Now you understood those feelings. Never again were you going to judge the emotional heroine!

"[Name]?" a voice called out. You flinched though you didn't turn around, not wanting the person to see your face. You subtly wiped your tears away with the sleeve of your sweater. "Are you ok?"

"I'm fine, Tsuna. Just go.. back to class," you tried to sound fine, but your voice cracked in the middle of it.

"You're not," he sighed, "please turn around."

"No. I look ugly," you sniffled, "that's pretty much why I'll be forever alone."

"What?" Tsuna walked towards you, "you have us, right?"

"I do... I just really hate romance." You turned to stare at him, "Am I stupid for liking a horrible person?"

"Uh depends," he sighed, "I don't know who you're talking about so I wouldn't know."

"You won't tell, right?" you asked to which he nodded in response. "If I said that I kinda have a crush on Hibari Kyoya..."

Tsuna's eyes widened while his jaw dropped, not believing what he heard. "W-w-what?"

"I knooow, I'm so ridiculous," you groaned as you crouched down, pulling your head in between your knees as your fingers tangled themselves in your locks.

You heard Tsuna take a long sigh and crouch beside you, his hand rubbing your back. "Hey, if there's one thing that I've learned about Hibari, it's that he isn't a bad person."

"He-"

"He's selfish and can be dangerous," he laughed nervously, "but he believes in justice. He's just a little bit of a....loner."

"Big time," you rolled your eyes.

"But you aren't stupid for liking him," he reassured you, "you just like those type of people."

You laughed, sensing his discomfort, "So I'm guessing that Hibari scares you."

"He's just.. impossible to socialize with," he wiggled in his stance, "but why were you crying?"

You exhaled dramatically before answering, "I told him that I liked him and he rejected me."

There was a long pause of silence as this all sunk in. "You're brave for doing that. I've been in love with this person for years but I can never tell her."

"Ohhhh, who is she?" you nudged the boy in a playful manner, ruffling his soft caramel locks.

"N-no one you know," he blushed as his eyebrow twitched. He didn't look at you and his voice became a little more high pitched.

"You sound like you're lying," you cooed, poking his cheek. A question popped into your head which quickly came out of your mouth. "How'd you find me?"

"Ah, Dino texted me that he saw you run up these stairs crying. He didn't want to follow you since you don't know him as much."

"Haha, so he saw me," you rubbed your temples in embarrassment, shutting your eyes to block out the roaring sun.

"He's still worried, so he's downstairs," Tsuna added with a smile.

"Oh?" you sighed, "do I look like shit?"

He examined your face, and with his sleeve, he wiped your eyes carefully while taking out a handkerchief from his pocket. He handed it to you to which you blew your nose obnoxiously. "Now you look better."

"You're too kind, Tsuna," you beamed at him as he helped you up. He guided you to the door and led you down the stairs where the blonde patiently stood.

"Ah! [Name], right?" Dino greeted you, extending his hand to you.

"Yeah," you nodded, "you still look as handsome as always."

"And you look cute as always," he responded, "but I was worried when I saw you crying."

"I'm better! And--"

Your eyes went straight to the baby on the floor behind Dino, noticing his koala costume. "Ciassou~"

"Ah! Reborn!" you bent down to pick him up and cradle him, "whatcha doing in our school?"

"Meeting up with my pupils," he answered,"Tsuna, it's time to get to work."

"Reborn, you know [Name]?" Dino questioned as he stiffened.

"Yup, I visited her some time ago." He jumped onto Tsuna's head, "She's part of the group now."

"She is?" Tsuna gazed at you, worried at what could transpire now.

"I thought I was," you chimed in.

"Now you're completely in it," Reborn said with a spark in his eyes which meant he was talking about something else. You didn't comprehend what he was hinting at, but it seemed to trigger the two boys to become anxious.

"Yay?" You fist pumped into the air hesitantly.

"Look how enthusiastic she is, Tsuna," Reborn pointed out, "now, let's get to training with that same enthusiasm." Tsuna muttered something under his breath before saying a few goodbyes and heading up the stairs.

"See you later, [Name]," Dino smiled as he shifted over to kiss your cheek; it was an Italian custom that you had no idea about, leaving you in awe.

"Woah," you blushed as he left you guys, "that man is just so cool."

"He's a loser sometimes," Reborn added.

"Yeah, winners wear koala costumes," you smiled at the baby.

"Oh, by the way," Reborn turned to look at you, "do you really want to be a part of the group?"

"Yeah?"

"First step is to babysit that stupid cow," he ordered after the two males were out of ear's reach.

"Cow? You want me to babysit an animal?" you tilted your head in confusion.

"KYAHAHAHAHAHA! LAMBO HAS ARRIVED! BE SCARED REBORN!" a little Afro kid came running in, dressed in cow pjs.

A cow? This kid is a cow?
