It was Time.
You wore dark robes to hide your figure as you walked silently towards Pandora's vault.
It was early in the morning, the sun breaking over the horizon and bathing the smp in an orange glow that warmed everything. It tickled your skin, but you didn't stop. You hugged the cloak closer to you as you began to run towards the prison.
Everything that had happened last night was pushed to the back of your mind.
You entered the prison, walked through both nether portals, and into the lobby. Sam was sitting in the chair at the main desk, and his eyebrows raised in confusion as you stepped through the portal.
"Good morning, Sam." You said briskly as you walked up to him.
"Hello (Y/N). Why are you here?" Sam asked cautiously. You bit back a sarcastic response, and while doing so it looked like you were hesitating, "I've come to visit Dream, I'm aware that we are allowed to have visits."
"Took you a long time to answer that question." Sam said slowly as he eyed you warily. He didn't know of your powers and how dangerous they could be, and yet he was still wary and possibly scared of why you were here.
"If you're bothered about time, you can tell me that when you tell me how long it took you to get Tommy out of that cell." You answered simply, watching Sam's eyes grow wide and then frown again.
"Go through the process and empty all of your items into the chest." Sam directed.
"I'll do that, but I have something to give to Dream."
"No items allowed."
"It's food."
"Probably poisoned. Or hiding a potion"
You rolled your eyes and took a random cookie from your bag, and took a huge bite into it. "Oh no! It's poisoned! I'm slowly dying a horrible death and throwing up on the ground!" You said sarcastically.
You stared into Sam's eyes, "It's not hiding a potion either, I'd never help that green bastard out of prison. It's just a bait to try and make him tell me the contents of the knowledge book."
"You're not the only one with the same idea," Sam mumbled quietly, almost enough so that you couldn't hear.
"What?"
"Nothing, just put the rest of your stuff into the chest. Keep the cookies."

As you entered the final room, you saw a wall of lava separating you from Dream. On the other side, he stood there. The thought of Dream stuck in a small cell sounded good, but you couldn't help but wonder if he ever regretted what he did. If only he could redeem himself, but how? The second he told whatever was in the book, you were sure that the others would kill him off.
'Sucks to suck,' you thought, but you felt a sort of small guilt. You shook out of it though. Dream deserved to be stuck in there, to stare at the wall and the pain of isolation. You were going to be the one who got the information out of him, not the one that would kill him.
"Hey, you'll probably need this." Sam said without looking at you. He threw you a small bundle of bandages, long white cloth that was bundled together with twine. "What? Why?" you asked, confused.
Sam didn't answer you, even as you continued to ask him. You suddenly realised that the platform you were on was beginning to move, and the wall of lava separating you and Dream was gone. You turned around and saw a figure lying limp and bloodied on the obsidian floor.
