But I was scrolling through wattpad and I found a story on the problem of this website. (@MINIYXKO, 'Spread this'.) which is taking fanficyion stories and reposting them up on their website.
Obviously without consent.
Now, I wanted it that my story, and all the other ones on my page were to be on Wattpad, and Wattpad only. Not some rundown sketchy looking website.

But serriously, If you are a content creator on Wattpad/fanfic writer check the website out to see if your work has been copied (probably has).
This site is something known as a 'Mirror site', essentially meaning that if the author updates, the book there will update. Cover changes will happen on the site too, and same thing for most other things.
I find this a problem because this is basically plagiarism if this is not me uploading my content on this site, and as most fanfiction books have the 'All rights reserved' thing on thier story, this is a problem for many other users.
People have 'Face revealed' on Wattpad too (which is kinda stupid as it's on a story site but whatever, but I guess Instagram does worst stuff) , and with this site copying the stories and shit, it means that thier face is on some sketchy looking website.
When I checked out the website, there are ads for 'sEcURe a VPN, cLiCK On THiS lINK' or 'Natasha, 17- I mean 18, 15 minutes away from your location, horny and ready to play'.
Yea, don't click the links.
I'm not sure how to get the website to be taken down, I'm looking into a future of drugs and medicine, not law.
There is a petition website though, that you can sign if you want for the site to be taken down.

Some stories on Wattpad have to be 'paid' to be read, but it's for a reason. Thier stories have been hours of hard work, and like a author with a paperback story, you pay to read it. Like getting a book from a book store, and this site is basically stealing from the book store.
