Unfamiliar Love

A/N: this is going to be a lot longer bc angst is a lot to write

Tristan was sitting out on a bench near the park with his girlfriend, Bianca. They both had just finished school for the day, and it was already after 3PM. The two were only really staying back because Tristan was waiting for his twin brother, Ethan Lamber.

However, Ethan (for some odd reason) liked to take his sweet time and chat with his friends just to make Tristan wait longer, making him impatient.

For what reason, who knows? Maybe he just enjoyed seeing his brother constantly irritated. Tristan didn't like, and has told Ethan about it; but his brother -- being the stubborn one that he is -- chose to ignore his complaints and continued on with his life.

Tristan and Bianca have been in a committed relationship for about 4 months. They've gone out on one or two secret dates after school, but they would usually last about 30 minutes in order to not arouse suspicion.

Reason being was that no one else knew about their relationship, not even their own parents.

Both were panicky about their parents finding out about this. I mean...what if they had to end it?

What if they were forced to break up, and never communicate with each other again?

Absolute hell.

They decided to not risk it and keep it secret.. though, it was not only them who knew about their connection.

The only other people that were ever told of this were their best friends, Scott and Anthony. Each had sworn to never say a word about their relationship to anyone in school.

Word gets around fast in this town, especially since Tristan had a pretty...extravagant background...

The both of them were sitting there for about half an hour, just chatting with each other; occasional goofy flirting here and there that made both of them a giggling mess.

Their lovey dovey romance came to a halt, when Bianca's mother rolled up in her car; it was engulfed with the color black, even to the wheels.

Some bags accompanied the backseat, leaving the front seat available for sitting. She seemed to be talking to someone over the phone, so she wasn't (thankfully) paying attention to them at the moment.

"See you on Monday Tristan!" Bianca says as she holds Tristan's face close, kissing his cheek gently whilst holding his hands.

"See you on Monday love!" Tristan said, using the nickname for special effect. Bianca didn't mind, she loved it in fact.

He then gave her a gentle kiss on her hands
Bianca's face shone a light red, a bit fazed at the gesture.

She quickly regained her senses and waved goodby before stepping into the car, trying to act like nothing happened. Kissing each other right in front of Bianca's mother was a pretty big risk to take after all, but thankfully that phone call of hers was diverting her attetion.

The phone matter quickly mattered no more, as her mother got off the phone straight after Bianca sat in the passenger seat. She starts the ignition and drives off.

"Waited with your friend again?" Bianca's mother rhetorically asked with a smile on her face.

She may have not known about the relationship, but she very well knew who Tristan was.
