Scott's Mom(Violet) POV

It's been five WHOLE days that Scott had gone missing. None of the relatives that we had contacted had been able to find him, or have seen him ANYWHERE around the neighbourhood!
None of his friends and peers have seen him either, the last time they saw him was at the tree at the back of the school.

We tried looking there, but no luck whatsoever. There was no remnants of Scott's items anywhere, and we have no lead on where he could have traveled to.

I miss my baby boy...I'm just...heartbroken, at this point.

Something terrible could have happened to him! He could have gottten kidnapped, gotten lost in some unknown area.

Or what if something even worse happened...what if he...

No! I REFUSE to believe that would EVER happen! Scott knows better than to follow some random things into unknown places! I just couldn't understand how he had gone missing!

I tried to get in contact with Scott's friend, Tristan's parents to see if Tristan could tell me where he last saw him.

But it seems like Tristan had gone missing too, at the same time as Scott! That was a little unusual, but I felt really sorry for Tristan's family.

My siblings would visit us to reassure that everything would be okay, and that we would find Scott soon again, and that he will come back once we find him.

But what if he doesn't come back....

What if he's gone, forever....

Tears stream down my face, as I look into his room and see all his things. I see his certificate from when he went to camp, he really loved it, I could see it on his face.

I then see one of the things that kept memories between us....

It was a stuffed dog, it was dark blue with a light green circle around one of it's black eyes. The inside of the ears was a bright pink, and the stitched mouth was curved into a smile.
I remember giving this to him on his sixth birthday, it was like the best thing that ever happened to him.

He would carry it around everywhere, tell the dog all of his stories and what happened in school and such, he never wanted to let go of that thing. Every time I would see him playing with it, his face was beamed up like a lightbulb, smiling brightly.

The more I remembered these memories, the more it hurt me.
He was gone now, for days. No trace of him whatsoever.

Tears ran down my face like waterfalls, many of them dropping onto the floor. I was sniffling loudly, as I assumed, because my husband, Noah, came into the room and saw me crying. He sat me onto Scott's bed and tried to comfort me the best that he could.

Mr. Lee(Noah):"I know that it's very hard to see him gone, I miss him so much as well. Everything in the house that was his, reminds me of him. They're all great memories, which hurts me very much, concerning that he's gone..."
He rubbed my back while speaking to me and looking around Scott's room at thee same time.
All of us miss him, very dearly! The one who took it really hard was his sister...

Ariel.

Mrs. Lee(Violet):"Hey! Did you check up on Ariel!? Is she okay!?"
I turn my head up from my arms and had a worried look on my face.

Mr. Lee(Noah):"I knocked on her door and tried to call her twenty minutes ago. I had to knock about ten times, she still wouldn't answer..."
He had a down look on his face. I was also a bit disappointed.

Ariel had been locking herself in her room for DAYS! Ever since she heard that Scott had gone missing, she broke down, badly!
She refused to talk to us, we were unsure if she was mad at us or not, but she refused to say a WORD to us.
She had been locking herself in her room for about three days, the only times she would ever come out was to eat, and do chores that we would tell her to do.
Even then she still wouldn't talk to us.
