Study Hard!

Tuesday, 11th April, 20XX

The four of them were in English class, listening to the utterly, dreading boring lecture that was given by their English teacher. In fact, the whole class just wanted the lecture to end, looking at the clock going every second ever so slowly.

Were the four of them listening, probably not. Do they really regret it, nope! Especially Anthony. Who was passed out sleeping, drool turning into a river on the table. He stopped listening about fifteen minutes into the lesson, and began playing with pencils instead.

Tristan kept getting really close to falling asleep, but fails and wakes up anyway, rubbing his eyes because of his sleepiness.
All in truth, all he wanted was some bagels from the cafeteria.

Bianca was just staring into the endless space of the classroom, thinking about who knows what. All we know is that she's not paying attention to the lesson, and is probably going to forget all of it.

Scott, being the absolute NERD he is, was writing in his book, taking notes of everything that the teacher was saying. But, he wasn't a complete nerd, as he was just going to forget about it as soon as class ends.

Everyone perked up their ears when they heard the melodious bell ring throughout the whole school. All of the students went to get up from the desks, including Scott, Tristan and Bianca. Anthony was still knocked out. They were all stopped when they heard the teacher's voice.

Teacher:"Wait students! I have one more thing to say!" She says, reaching out her hand to stop us.

The rest of the class groan and slug back to her seats, wondering what she has to say that was more important than bagels.

Teacher:"As you all should know, we will be having a Language Test at 3:00pm this afternoon, it will be worth 40% of your grade, so you better study hard, okay? You all can leave now!"

"WHAT!?"

The four of them say out loud in shock, even Anthony, who was listening and woke up a few seconds ago, was also mortified. They just heard that this test was worth 40% of their grade. If they fail, they would never hear the end of it for them.

The four of them walk out of the classroom, walking to their lockers to get their books for their next period after lunch. They then go to meet up at their usual place at the cafeteria and sat down at their table.

Scott:"How are we supposed to study for a test that's 40% of our GRADE!? And it's TOMORROW!" He says frantically, waving his arms around.

Anthony:"I don't know! You're the smart one! You're supposed to figure out SOMETHING!" He says while flipping Scott's hat over.

Bianca:"Hold on, hold on! We'll get through this! We just have to figure out someway to study hard for the test." She says, trying to reassure and calm them down.

Tristan:"There's no possible way to study so much in one day unless we take some sort of all-nighter!" He says, putting his pointing-hand up to his chin.

Anthony:"There is NO way I'm taking an all-nighter for this dumb test! I'd rather fail than be sleep-deprived!"

Bianca:"Anthony, this is 40% of our grade, if we fail, we'll never hear the end of it!"

Scott:"And you know how some of our class is..." He said quietly.

Anthony:"Agghh, fine! Why do I keep doing things for you brats!?" He says, turning his back to them.

Tristan:"Well, that's because you love us, in a way!" He says as he tries to come up behind him and hug him.

Anthony:"Touch me and I'll shove your face onto the concrete floor." He says while looking over at him with a sadistic face. Tristan lets go of him quickly and sweats a bit.
