A/N:

It's very sad to see that so many of my readers from before are gone. Well, I can't help that, but I am more sad about the people who read this now and don't comment :°(

Can you find it in your heart to leave a tiny little comment at least :°(

It would make me very happy ...

I know I say that at the beginning of every story, but writing is as well a hobby as a vent for me to express my thoughts and is actually a part of my therapy. So yeah, I would love to hear a bit of your thoughts on that as well. If you don't want to; I can't force you. Just know, I would appreciate it very much.

Sorry, (but not sorry) for my long rant :')

Part 7

The drums were now constantly sending vibrations through the ground and air. People were chanting, singing and sometimes simply screaming. The feast was fully in action. Neha sat up and looked at Eddy.

She took the pipe and refilled and enlightened it for him.

"Time to go. First things first: we will greet the tribe's leaders. Probably just the Khanzadeh right now. I believe the Khatun and the Khangan will be staying in their tent for now; she definitely needs more time to completely heal. Don't get groped by him then. He will present your 'present' for you and you should thank him accordingly. A kiss on the cheek might not be enough, a small peck on the lips hopefully will be. Depends on the mood he is in."

She refilled her mug and drank the cold tea in one go. They had to be as calm as an undisturbed sea for the people.

"Okay, I will see what happens but after earlier today, I don't think he will touch me without permission," Eddy slowly got up so they could head out, he was really curious now on what the festival was like. He smiled at Neha, "Any other advice or are we going now?"

"Yes I do believe so too, but like I said, the man is not taken lightly. He wants that union." She shook her head. Neha was pretty sure something would come up later, but now she couldn't think of anything else to warn Eddy about.

The old woman followed Eddy's example and got up. Hopefully everything would be okay by tomorrow or even the end of the day.

With that thought in mind she opened the flap. The people, drums and the music was heard even louder now. The tent really muffled the noises.

They wandered through the labyrinth of tents to finally reach an open place. A huge bonfire was in the middle, surrounded by the drum player and already wildly dancing people. On the left side was a lot of food packed on low tables. The prince was sitting in the middle in front of a white small tent. The spiked heads were perfectly aligned on either side of him. He held a big mug in his hands and drank from it from time to time. On his side was a woman and several men.

Brett looked up and smiled when he saw the witches approaching.

Eddy glanced around the area, eyes landing on the fire, it burned so brightly. He liked watching the smoke disappear into the starry night. It was really beautiful in a weird way. Having light in the darkness really accentuated its burning features. A soft smile appeared on his face, and yes he was ignoring the heads. He really wanted to ignore the heads.

The prince stood and drank another big gulp from the mug before placing it on the side.

Neha was going straight to him, Eddy of course in tow. She bowed to him and smiled, while looking around.
