Ch 21 Cave Secured

"Today we've assembled here to fight ghosts. We will be travelling to far end of the forest and secure a cave filled with ghosts. I won't be helping any of you. You are going to fight and reap them on your own. I'll be assessing all reapers on their skills. I'll select the ones that are subpar and you'll be punished. Punished as in I'll burn you all in boiling oil" the reaper released the scythe making it hit the ground harshly. The baby reapers jumped in fear moving back and forth nervously.
Some reapers gathered behind hobi.
"Koo koo unlike last time I won't be helping you"
Jungkook nodded with a tight grip on the scythe.
"Follow me"
The baby reapers shuffled hurriedly behind the grimm with their scythes.
They walked for a long time until they reached the creepy cave deep in the forest.
The reapers shivered at the cold chills and shrilling laughs coming from inside.
"Form into groups of two or three"
Jungkook and hobi formed a group.
"Now get in and get them ghosts"
Jungkook and hobi entered the cave and took right going in scared with big eyes.
Hobi is already shivering.
Wooo~~
They both listened to the sound.
"Looks like there is a ghost in there. Let's go"
"Baby Koo wait! Aren't you scared?"
"I am but we have to reap them. I fear the grimm more" he said as they moved further in.
"Y-Yes t-the grimm is more scary~ahhh....it's nothing he he I thought I felt something. It's just cobwebs" hobi gave a sheepish smile.
Jungkook nodded pushing hobi to the front.
"Lead us hobi hyung"
"Okayyy.." hobi caught the scythe to his chest as he moved forward jumping at little things.
Jungkook felt weird. He felt cold creep up from his back. He shrugged it off. Chills racked through his spine.He looked at his hands that are shaking. Everything became a blur.
"Hyun" he let out going on his knees. Hobi turned back and screamed.
"KOO..Ther there is a ghost behind you...Run!!!" he shouted stepping back.
Jungkook felt drained out.
"H-Hobi hyung......I-I can't run..." he fell down head first into the ground.
".....run hobi hyung run" Jungkook closed his eyes.
He heard the screams of hobi hyung. Strangely they became louder.

Jungkook woke up to someone rubbing his palm fervently.
"Ohh koo baby koo...you are alright" hobi hyung cried hugging him.
"Thank god my baby koo!" he crushed him.
"Hyung baby hobi?" Jungkook got up. Hobi is rubbing energy coins into his palm.
"It's a silent ghost..and you deafeated it. Y-You saved me hyung" Jungkook laughed as he hugged back.
"I'm so scared..I didn't know what happened. All I remember is save baby koo. And I screamed. And attacked it...I did it. I reaped a ghost!!" Hobi laughed back.
"Okay what do we do now?"
"Let's go more inside. Hopefully you reap one ghost too. That way we will be saved from the reaper"
"Okayy" Jungkook got up and they moved forward. Jungkook rubbed more coins and hobi has a beaming smile. He is not afraid anymore.
They soon reached a dead end.
"Baby Koo there is nothing here. Let's go back"
"Okay baby hobi"
"Jungkook?"
Jungkook stopped dead in his tracks. He looked around trying to figure out where the voice came from.
"Y-Yeoggi hyung?...Y-Yes it's mee...hyung where are you? I've been trying to find you.. please come out" Jungkook has tears in his eyes. He searched fervently around.
Then came Yugyeom out of a small crevice. He looked smaller than an imp, very tiny.
"J-Jungkook my kookie...I'm so s-scared"
Jungkook tried to hug him but he slipped through Jungkook's hand.
"H-hyung. I'll save you. I'll protect you.." Jungkook cried. He searched in his robe and took out a muffin he has.
"Please get into this"
"Into muffin? How??"
"You can do it. I've seen an imp do it. Please try and get in here"
"Okay" the tiny form got into muffin slowly.
"Ohh this is weird. I can feel muffin around me"
"You did it!!" Jungkook hugged the muffin and gave it kisses. "Hyung don't speak. The grimm will reap you. Speak only when I say you can speak"
"Okay kookie. My big boy kookie, I'll do as you say" Jungkook smiled looking at the muffin.
Hobi looked at all of this with wide eyes. He moved back slowly his back touching the rocks.
"Baby koo? W-What are you doing? That's a ghost.."
"Noo noo it's not..he is my brother yeoggi hyung and he is alive. I'll save him. Please don't tell the grimm"
Hobi started shaking.
"You brat!! The grim will kill us!! I'm s-scared again. God why is koo my friend??" he started bawling sitting down crying. Jungkook laughed as he went and gave a kiss to hobi's cheek.
"I love you hyungie!!"
"My death is on you...on you!!" he caught jungkook's collar dramatically.
They both started back and met the grimm coming their way.
He opened his book looking at them.
"Useless..both of you! Where did you wander off to?"
Hobi started shaking while Jungkook moved behind hobi.
"Did you reap anything?"
"Y-Yes we did. We reaped a ghost" hobi said nervously.
"Hmm..is that so? Come closer hobi"
Hobi moved closer and the reaper pulled hom close by his scythe.
"Who among you reaped the ghost?"
"I-I d-did" hobi stuttered.
"Koo what did you do?"
"I-I uhmm I reaped an imp" he lied.
Hobi looked at him shocked with big eyes.
"Good that's what I sensed here. A ghost and an imp. Follow me and help carry the dead weight that is your baby friends" he turned back.
Hobi looked at Jungkook questioningly.
Did you just lie to the grimm?
Jungkook shrugged following the reaper innocently.
