"You ready?" Taeil asks, tapping on Yadira's bedroom door. "Yep" she replies opening the door to let Taeil inside but instead the two were frozen in their places, stunned with how beautiful and also how handsome the other looked. "You look beautiful!" Taeil says, lightly pushing her hair behind her ear. She was wearing one of her favourite dresses, it was simple yet really cute with her hair resting just a little above her shoulder, while Taeil wore a black button up shirt with a pair of jeans.
"And you look really handsome too" She says chuckling. "Ew what are you both doing?" They both turn around to face Xiaojun. "Kissing. Anything wrong with that?" Yadira jokes, earning a disgusted look from her brother. "Gross" he mutters, turning around to walk away. "Also if you want me to drop you both off, hurry up!!" He screams. "Let's go!" Taeil says, taking her hand into his and following the older boy out of the house.
"Woah!!" Yadira says, walking beside Taeil. "I didn't expect this many people" Yadira says and her friend chuckles in reply. "Stay with me alright. Don't go anywhere alone" he says and the girl nods understanding. "Oh my! Yadira you look really pretty! Taeil you look good too!" One of their classmates say making the two of them smile widely while thanking the girl.
"Taeil one is enough" Yadira chuckles, pulling the glass away from Taeil. "I barely drank anything!" He says, playfully glaring at the girl. It had been around an hour that the two had arrived at the party, and it would be a lie to say they weren't having fun. "I don't want to deal with a drunk you" she says pointing at Taeil, making the boy point at himself to which the two friends burst into laughter.
"Oh look. Don't you think that girl is pretty?" Taeil asks, gaining Yadira's attention. "Taeil she just smiled at you and I saw her looking at you a couple times before!!" She exclaims. "Really?" He asks and she nods excited. "Go talk to her!!" She says, making him nervously laugh. "are you crazy?" He asks and she glares at him. "Just go don't be nervous" she says, pulling the boy up from his chair.
"Don't go anywhere though. Alright?" He says and she nods. "I'll just head to the restroom in a while" she says. "Okay. Be careful then, I'm... Gonna go" Taeil says. "good luck!" Yadira replies with a chuckle. Watching her bestfriend, she only smiles seeing how shy the girl acted when Taeil started talking to her. 'she definitely likes him' she thought to herself, smiling even wider.
"Hey would you be knowing where the restroom is?" Yadira asks, smiling politely at the girl. "Oh yeah. Just down the hallway and towards the left" she replies. "Thank you" she replies and follows the directions that were said to her earlier.
Cleaning her hands dry, she adjusts her dress as well as her hair before walking back out. Getting the strong smell of alcohol, she turns around to see two older boys standing right behind her. Ignoring the strange feeling, she turns back around and starts to walk but stops right when she heard what they said. "Yadira" she heard one say with a scoff. "Where's your bodyguard of a friend?" The other says, making her clench her hands into fists.
Ignoring the two boys she continues to walk. "Where are you going so fast? From what I heard about you, you were nice and not leaving when someone talks to you" One of them say, holding onto her wrist. "Let go of my hand" she says, glaring at the boy. "Not that easily" the other boy says. Trying to pull her hand out of his, made his grip on her hand tighten. "Come on. are you afraid of us?" The boy holding onto her wrist asks, trying to drag her away from the direction she was walking in.
"Stop please!" She screams, using all her strength to pull her hand away and also stay in place. She was terrified, thinking of how this wouldn't have happened if she just stayed where she were like Taeil said. "Don't scream!" The other says, slapping the girl with tears threatening to fall while she held onto her cheek.
"You two are drunk please let go" she says again. Stopping, the two boys turn around to face her while taking slow steps towards her, making her walk back until her back hit the wall. "I'm sorry. Please just let me go" she pleads again. Laying his head on the crook of her neck he whispers "no" into her ear, with his hand sliding along her thigh.
Yadira was way too scared that her whole body was starting to shake by now, with the tears now rolling down her cheeks. The hallway was empty and she lost all hope. "If you make any noise you're just going to make it worse for you" he whispers into her ear again while chuckling lowly.
Feeling the other boy trace his finger along the back of her dress, right near her zip she widened her eyes. "Stop please" she cried, trying her hardest to push the two of them aside. She tried her best to fight them back, but they were way too strong for her. She cried louder, her whole body trembling. Not hearing a single sound she opens her eyes to see the two boys on the floor. "Are you that shameless to take advantage of a girl like this? You made her cry, you fools" she hears, seeing the boy who said that now beat the other two who were on the floor.
Shutting her eyes tight Yadira crouches down, covering her ears and crying while she continued to shiver. "A-are you alright?" She hears, flinching when she felt a hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry" he says again, taking his hand back. "Hey it's alright. Don't cry" he says, crouching down next to the girl.
