Chapter 5

I woke up the next morning to my alarm beeping in my ear. I groaned as I rolled over to turn it off. I saw that it was 6 and I didn't need to leave til 8 so I rolled out of bed and went to brush my teeth. I went down to the kitchen and and found a note on the kitchen table. 'Hey mija I had to go pick up your dad from the airport. From there we will head to work so you can whip yourself something up to eat. Te amo and behave' love mom.

I decided to make me some French toast and some orange juice. When I was done I put whipped cream and strawberries. I ate and when I was done it was already 7. I went up to my room and put on some mom jeans and a nice fitted navy blue shirt. I slipped on my black converse and put my hair in a low ponytail. I grabbed my bat and glove and slid downstairs.

I got my dogers hat off the couch and as I was putting it on I heard a knock at the door. It was Benny. 'Hey I was wondering if a y/n y/l/n lived here' he said in a questioning voice. 'Your lookin at her' I said with a smirk. 'Would you like to join me on a nice game of ball?' 'I would love too young man'. We laughed and started heading to smalls house. Benny knocked on the door and he soon came out.'Hey y/n hey Benny' he greeted. 'Hey smalls' we said.

We started walking to the sandlot. Everyone was waiting for us at the dugout. 'Where yall been yall took foreverrr' they exclaimed. 'Hey were here now so stop whining you sissys' I said kind of annoyed. 'Anyways let's just start the game come on' Benny said already kinda fed up. I was catcher for a few minutes because hams lazy ass was still sitting at the dugout. Benny was batting and when I tell u how fine he looked batting I mean it. He was very fit for a 15 year old boy. He batted for a good while and then he finally let me bat. Ham was trying his best to distract me but I wouldn't budge. I hit a ball so hard I felt my arm quiver. 'Wow that probably went all the way to the street' squints says in amazement. 'Damn y/n you have quite the arm there' 'yes indeed I do' I say in a bragging matter. We played a few more games with the extra ball I brought until it got dark. 'Ok guys I think its time we call it a day' I said.

Everyone started walking home and soon everyone parted ways. Me and Benny walked hand in hand after the guys were mostly gone. We talked about when we would tell the guys about our relationship. 'Hey Benny I forgot to give you back your-' smalls stopped when he saw our hands. 'Wait are you guys-' 'Please smalls don't tell the other guys' I said 'ok ok I promise y/n but, when did this happen?' 'Just yesterday' said Benny 'oh why can't the guys know' he asked. 'Well we don't know how they will react and we don't want anything to go wrong so we are waiting for a good time' I said. 'Oh ok I won't say nothing but yall are so cute guys!' He exclaimed. 'Thanks bud' Benny said. 'Well I gotta go bye guys' 'bye smalls' we said.

Benny walked me up to my porch too say our good byes. 'Good night y/n see you tomorrow' 'bye Benny' I said. I gave him a kiss but this time just not a peck. Our lips moved in sync and it felt like fireworks were exploding in my stomach. The kiss was passionate and Benny deepend it my licking my bottom lip asking for an entrance. Which I gladly accepted. Soon we pulled away for air. He smiled at me and then started to wake home.

I walked in and there was no one. So I assumed my parents were asleep. I went to get clothes from my drawer to take a nice fresh shower because it was super hot that day. I slipped into the shower and I was done in about 15 min. I hopped out and changed into some spandex shorts and an oversized tee.

I was just about to climb into bed when I heard something hit my window. I got my bat and walked to the window and saw a figure. And I realized it was Benny so I opened my window to let him in. 'Benny what are you doing here you almost have me a fucking heart attack' I whispered. 'Sorry I just couldn't sleep and decided to come over' 'what Benny sneaking out never thought that was possible' I said. He laughed and we both climbed into my bed. 'Y/n' 'Yes Benny'. 'Ik this is simple and I would prefer to do this more formally but I couldn't wait' 'what is it' I asked clueless 'Will you be my girlfriend' 'omg of course Benny I would love too' he kissed me passionately and our lips moved in perfect sync. We pulled away and said good night to each other. After a few minutes I drifted off to sleep while being spooned by Benny. The love of my life.
