ISAIAH
"Isaiah, get out," Asher demanded, his voice wavering slightly. Isaiah knew from the telltale flashes of light on his face that Asher was crying. He was hovering brokenly over Lacey's limp body. After trying to resuscitate her for over 30 minutes, Asher had finally given up. He was draped over her lifeless body, the light escaped from his eyes. It was then that Isaiah realized that he looked nothing like Lucifer in that moment. While most people said Asher could get so angry, he reminded them of Lucifer. Hell, he had a reputation for being Hell-bent in heaven. Looking at him now, though, Isaiah no longer saw the similarities. There was so much love, so much open pain in his eyes. He had never seen his friend show so much emotion in his life. He looked like someone who had just lost everything. Almost as if a piece of Asher himself had died.
"I said get out!" Asher screamed. Isaiah stood up, nodding slightly. He risked one glance backwards as he moved away from Asher. He cared so much about her. He hadn't always been this forthcoming with his emotions. This was a very new development. In fact, he had been very different in the past...
