A/N: My friend asked me to write this. This isn't usually what I write (cause things like this genuinely make me sad) but I do like doing any kind of request as you can tell. I hope you end up liking it!

Requested by Honey Bear - angst, Jimin and Jin with a dash of sunshine

Rating - M (profanity, adult themes, injuries for lack of better word)

"Jimin?" you softly call out, opening the door to your shared apartment. Jimin has been your roommate for two years now, with Jin and Hoseok being your neighbors across the hall. The four of you have been best friends ever since you met, you just clicked so well. Not to mention you all work for the same company, under Kim Namjoon. It works out really well. You never thought you'd care so much for these boys, but you do. They're your everything.

You softly shut the door behind you, your eyes adjusting to the dark space. Where is he? Why isn't he around again. Your heart speeds up at the thought of something happening to him, he's been staying out late every night for two weeks and you're getting tired of it. The constant worrying, sometimes even getting woken up at 2 a.m. when he finally does come home, drunk. Ugh this boy...

With a sigh you turn on the lights, placing your keys on the counter. It's only 10, so it looks like you're alone for a few hours. Regardless you sit on the couch, throwing on some random TV show you don't care about.

Several hours later, Jimin still isn't home. It must have been four hours by now, but still, nothing. "God dammit Jimin," you mumble, calling him for the sixth time in the past hour. When it goes to voicemail, you almost throw your phone across the room but restrain yourself. You instead set it down, lying back on the couch and trying to get some sleep. Of course, not even two minutes later, the door loudly opens.

You jump, turning to see a wobbly Jimin coming through the door. Even in his dazed state he manages to close and lock the door. You rush over to him, the man seeing you and stopping right away. "Are you hurt?" you instantly ask, then pick up the familiar scent of alcohol.

He shakes his head, "tired."

"Jimin, when you're sober, we need to have a serious talk about your habits," you grumble, grabbing his hand.

"W-Woah, at least take me to dinner first-"

"Oh shut up," you interrupt, although your tone was more playful than stern despite the angry mood you're in. He's drunk, he won't remember it anyway.

You bring him to his bedroom, helping him take off his shirt before guiding him to his bed. He plops down, to your surprise, grabbing your hips and bringing you with him.

"Jimin," you breathe out, him adjusting you to stay on top of him.

"Am I a failure?" he whispers, his breath tickling your face.

"Of course not. You're the strongest man I know," you whisper back, giving him a soft smile. You may be pissed as hell, but he deserves to know that he's no failure. You still care.

"Then why does Namjoon hate me?" he asks, his voice cracking.

"What? Namjoon loves you," you urge, genuinely confused. Namjoon adores Jimin as much as he does Jin, you, and Hoseok. What's going on?

"He keeps calling me useless... threatening to cut my pay... demote me... even fire me... apparently I can't do anything right," Jimin murmurs, tearing up.

"How long has this been going on for?" you ask, giving him a sympathetic look.

"A month," he shamefully replies, averting his eyes.
