Rating: M (violence, profanity, innuendo humor, de@th and jokes about de@th, overall adult themes)

Intense violence. Jungkook don't gaf.

I wanted to give it a bit more emotional connection, so Jikook exists here, but there's no real romance aspect to it. You don't have to worry about them like kissing or doing much in the way of touching, even. It's just an emotional element I added.

Angst warning

"Please, he's all I have left!"

"Well he's gone, so shut up!"

Hoseok didn't mean to be so harsh, and he regretted it the moment he saw Jimin's face deflate. However, it was the truth. Jungkook was gone, and there was no chance he was coming back. He was kidnapped by the Marine, the ones who rule the sea. They were docked not long ago, and they sent Jungkook into town to gather their supplies. But it was a trap. Jungkook didn't come back, and they had to flee because the Marine was there. Hoseok was tired of dealing with them, mostly because his and Namjoon's crew was the most feared in the ocean.

His boots clanged together as he traversed their pirate ship, his hat covering most of his hair, preventing the wind from blowing through it. Jimin was left defeated behind him, but Hoseok knew he couldn't take back the words. Saying 'shut up' to his best friend left a dry taste in his mouth. His tongue swirled around to combat it, but nothing but misery came as a result.

Namjoon was waiting at the helm, Hoseok standing at attention when he reached the space. The younger man was the captain, and Hoseok was the quartermaster. Regardless, Hoseok halted all movements, reflecting the emptiness he felt inside himself.

"Sir, with all due respect, Jungkook is our gunner, and Jimin our gunner's mate. Jimin's too depressed to man the cannons himself. How are we going to keep ourselves afloat without weaponry?"

"Guess you'll have to take over," Namjoon said, observing the way their coxswain, Jin, steered the boat. "I don't know what you want me to tell you. The Marine has him on their flagship, and I'm not suicidal enough to attack it."

Hoseok gazed at Jin, however the eldest on the ship was pretending they didn't exist. That wasn't out of the ordinary, but that would change in a moment. "Sir, Jin is cooking tonight."

Jin scoffed, Namjoon's face falling pale. "Suddenly, I'm suicidal. Is Jimin ready to speak to Taehyung?"

"I think they're still not talking, sir."

"That dumpling incident happened two weeks ago for fuck's sake. Get them to speak. We need our officer and gunner's mate working together. Have them organize our weapons and be ready for a full attack," Namjoon said, garnering him two dropped jaws from Hoseok and Jin.

"Wait, are we actually doing this?" Hoseok asked.

"I don't see any other choice. Where's our navigator?"

"Probably sleeping on the job," Jin said with a windshield wiper laugh. Namjoon glared, and Jin turned into a beta and shut his mouth. "Still in the crow's nest, sir."

Namjoon cupped his hands over his mouth, "Mr. Min! Get your ass down here, we need to speak!"

Yoongi peeped his head up from his spot on the highest part of the ship, him lowering the telescope from his eye. He gave a thumbs up, and Hoseok shifted his gaze to Namjoon. "You love Jungkook, don't you?" Hobi asked, but it wasn't a question.
