Everyone underestimates you. Literally everyone.
Being a fun, lighthearted girl, everyone thought you were just innocent and easy to mess with. No one knows the truth. Every night you have nightmares, flashbacks to the day that changed your life. As a cop, you were trained to do whatever it took to protect the people. Killing was one of those things... but you couldn't handle it.
The realization that you took a life... that you took away all his chances... it hurt. Granted, he was a murderer and probably deserved it, but it doesn't take away the pain that you put him down. What if you pull the trigger on someone innocent accidentally? Or if you shoot someone whose crime wasn't even that bad? You couldn't cope with these questions and retired, deciding to live a more peaceful life instead.
As a teen you thought a life full of adventure and action would excite you, but you grew up and learned that sometimes adventure isn't for everyone. You're one of those people, but you can't complain. You live your simple life, choosing instead to do multiple things. You teach various types of martial arts, training often little girls how to defend themselves. It's a very useful skill, one that you're glad you have.
That's mostly in the evenings, though but truthfully you get a lot of customers. Sometimes it feels like you make more doing that than your actual full time job. You're an event planner for your local country club, often working with schools to set up proms and other dances along with some weddings if you're lucky. Those are always the best, you're a sucker for love.
The best part? As soon as you're done talking to people to go do your job, you get to just listen to music and scribble all your notes in your notebook while setting up decorations. It's the best job in the world, and it pays well, which is why it's impressive your martial arts part time pays almost as much. It's safe to say you're living well. Only problem is: you're single.
Speaking of music and being single, there's one group you love above all else. BTS. The biggest boyband in the world, and Jin of course is your bias. His worldwide handsome face, wide shoulders, lips that are almost as big as Jimin's ass... he's great. Not to mention he has the best sense of humor, and his windshield wiper laugh keeps you entertained for days. He's made you happy so many times even though he doesn't know you. That's absolutely amazing.
After saving up and scouring the web for ages, you've finally made progress in your ultimate life goal: meeting BTS. Okay, let's be honest, meeting BTS is 90% of the population's life goal, but still. Doesn't make it any less important to you. Meeting them would be an honor, and meeting Jin? You're not sure if you'd faint, cry, scream, or all three but you're ready for it.
The ticket to the fan meet wiggles in your hand as you walk towards the venue, looking at it with a bright smile. Here goes nothing. You're late (as always) but that's no big deal. There's so many fans you probably won't be able to see them until the end of the night anyway. Poor guys have to deal with so many people. You just hope most of them are respectful.
With one last deep breath to regain your will, you open the door, instantly having to show your ticket and go through security. Being an ex-cop, you know that process well and quickly navigate through it. Soon enough you're standing in the main area, your jaw dropping upon seeing all seven members on a stage, a table in front of them while they laugh and talk with fans.
The line is bigger than Jimin's ass (never gets old making jokes about the Jibooty) but that doesn't bother you. You stand at the end, letting a soft smile bless your lips. Jin's here. Well no shit he's apart of the band, but it still boggles your mind. You love all seven obviously, but Jin? He's just... special. Different. So, you plant your feet and feel the air. For some reason even the air feels blessed. All you can do now is wait...
