Skyfall

Okay, this is a tricky ship.

We just barely got a taste of it at the end of Dangerous Gift, so we're all left to wonder whether or not it will be a thing.

Here's how I feel about it:

Sky is probably the most gentle, peaceful dragon from Pyrrhia to Pantala. He might be even more peaceful than Sunny, and that is very hard to achieve.

Snowfall on the other hand, is paranoid as heck, and she channels it with rage and violence. 

At the beginning of the book, I would have never shipped Skyfall. Snowfall was way too mean for such a gentle dragon like Sky. She would've crushed his poor heart.

But then she gets the ring of... what? Vision? I don't even remember. I just call it the Empathy Ring. But anyway, she gets the Empathy Ring, and then things start to change. She grows kinder, and starts to think of others more. And then she finds Crystal, and her paranoia diminishes quite a bit. And then she and Lynx become best buds, (even though she refuses to admit it,) and she has someone to talk to and to help her with her issues.

And then maybe... just maybe... the Snowfall would be perfect for Sky.

They are pretty opposite. Sky can help Snowfall calm down and think through her decisions, and Snowfall can help Sky stand up for himself, or she can stand up for him. But I just think that they have some potential.

And of course, they're gonna have to get more development than Sky stealing something under Snowfall's nose, and then planning a secret diplomatic mission with him and others. I'm not shipping it now of course, I'm just waiting for the day when they do something together long enough that they start to feel something for the other.

And then there's the problem with Wren.

Wren and Snowfall will either really like each other, or really hate each other. Either one. And also, Snowfall can not get in the way of Wren and Sky's relationship, because a) it's probably not possible and she shouldn't even try, and b) she'd wake up with a sword through her eye.

So yeah, she should probably stay on Wren's good side if she wants to be with Sky. Just saying.
