A reality (noun)
- Reality is the sum or aggregate of all that is real or existent within a system, as opposed to that which is only imaginary. The term is also used to refer to the ontological status of things, indicating their existence.
- It could also mean, the state or quality of having existence or substance.
- Reality is the totality of all things, structures (actual and conceptual), events (past and present) and phenomena, whether observable or not. It is what a world view (whether it be based on individual or shared human experience) ultimately attempts to describe or map.

A current reality (noun)
- Your current reality is based on you and your beliefs as well as your spiritual, physical, emotional and mental states of being. Simply put, reality is what you believe it to be.
- It is actually the reality that we know and we live in right now in this exact moment.
- Current reality is the life that we know and live, it's everything around us and we take it as our normal everyday life.
- Some people also call it their home or prison, depends on how you take it.

A desired reality (noun)
- your desired reality is the place you want to travel to. This can be anything and anywhere you'd like. The Harry Potter universe is a very popular one.
- this is the reality that you script right before shifting whether you script Harry Potter, Marvel, Anime, Kpop,... It doesn't matter where because desired realities are literally limitless.
- It is a place that you can have anything you want. Another reality that's not impossible to get to. You can build this world up however you would like.
- When it comes to desired realities your only limit is your own imagination and way of visualising a bunch of things that you want there to happen, you want there to have.

Visualising your desired reality is all about taking advantage of your imagination, your biggest desires, your biggest dreams and make them all come true.

For the past two years I've been following a lot of popular shifters and I've even read a few books on the topic. I have gathered enough of information from people who claim to have successfully shifted. Whether or not you choose to believe in shifting and the things I'm writing about, is up to you. This does sound like a wild idea, almost too good to be true. While I would love for shifting to be real and will keep hoping that it is, sometimes it's hard to wrap your head around the idea that this phenomenon is even possible, so I totally understand any skepticism everyone may have. As for those who are believers, I hope this little guide helps you learn a few things, maybe even get you to successfully shift sooner then you intended.

Before you go ahead and try a method to shift you really have to deepen yourself into the whole scripting thing before hand. It's something you do right before you actually shift, it's true you do not have to write the script down - having it in your mind is absolutely enough. Some people have an amazing ability of visualising and keeping everything as clear as day inside their head. Me on the other hand, well I'm not that great at visualising and imagining what my desired reality would look like.
I helped myself with a script, I had a powerpoint presentation in a style of a S.H.I.E.L.D. website, I had a whole section about my desired reality on Pinterest and I also wrote a book about my script with a bunch of pictures. By giving myself so many visual presentations of my desired reality on different apps, I had no problems with visualising after when I tried to shift. I'd usually go through everything right before I'd go to sleep.

Shifting to your desired reality is not something you can force onto yourself, it takes a few meditational (not needed) steps and a whole lot of relaxing. That's why it's important that you treat yourself right before shifting, listen to music that reminds you of your desired reality, eat your favourite food, take a bath with candles light around you, go on a walk, talk to your friends... Just do what makes you the happiest. Because by doing what you love the most your body automatically relaxes a bit and it's easier for you to try a method when trying to shift.

Drink a lot of water. Drinking water is said to "raise one's vibrations". Raising vibrations supposedly allows people to shift with less difficulty. Drinking water also, obviously, keeps you hydrated. Shifting can be very tiring mentally, so it's good to stay hydrated when attempting to shift to make sure your body isn't exhausted if/when you shift. Most importantly, stay positive. The more negatively you think of yourself the harder it will be to reach the higher levels of shifting. It's normal to doubt, humans doubt things all the time and it's completely natural. However, as long as you keep hopping and keep believing in yourself, you will be more than able to do so.
