To script (verb)
- scripting is basically writing a fan fiction of yourself in your desired reality. your script can be as detailed or generic as you want.
- As said before it's not necessary to write your script down, having it in your mind is enough. But if you're not sure how that'll work I recommend you write it down or print it down from a computer.
- I also recommend having a very detailed script, it's not necessary but it pays off later on when you've shifted.
- Scripting is the most important part of shifting, if you don't have a visual picture of your desired reality well then it'll be hard for you to shift somewhere
- Some shifters put their script under their pillow, I personally haven't tried it yet but I've gotten some positive feedback by some people that it works.
- You can write your script down on a paper, into your notes app on your phone, write it into Word on your computer, write it into your powerpoint program, or just have it in your mind. It really doesn't matter as long as you have one.

My script is very long and it has a bunch of details about me, the world I'm in, the people around me, just about everything basically. I took my time and had a bit too much fun, I added a lot of ridiculous things that I don't even remember at this point but they always appear in my desired reality, sometimes they shock me.

Scripting is the action of writing down details about the reality you want to go to. This is done to finetune which specific reality you would like to shift to as there are infinite possibilities.
For example, I could write down in my script that I'm irresistible and have infinite money so that I shift to a reality where this is true. You can be as detailed or as brief as you want. It's important that you write in the present tense though. This will basically trick your brain into believing that what you have written has actually happened, making it easier to shift.

Most people write out their script like a first-person story, detailing what happens in their DR as if it really happened.

Some important things to script include immortality (unless you want to die in your DR), high pain tolerance, and your way of returning back to your CR (VERY important!! You can script, for example, that closing your eyes and saying "I'm going back to my CR" will take you back. These safe words are used in case you want to leave on the fly).
While scripting is not necessary whatsoever (you really only have to think about your DR), it may help you visualize your DR and focus on specificity.

As for now I've only explained what a script is and where you can write it and how you can write it, later on I will give you a quick look at my short script and I'll give you guidance on how to write your very own script.
