6. The Double Staircase Method
The Double Sided Staircase Method of reality shifting involves imagining yourself starting at the bottom of a long staircase, then climbing up.
Once at the top, you will see a mirror. You are meant to observe yourself in this mirror intently, then when you feel ready to go, looking behind you will reveal a door that leads to a new staircase.
Following this staircase down is meant to bring you to a final door where someone from your DR is waiting and asking you if you're ready to go. They will then lead you to your DR.

First, you're going to want to get into a comfortable position where you can fall asleep. Close your eyes and imagine that there is a small room with a staircase leading upwards.
Walk up the stairs, and visualize the moments from your current reality, good and bad.
Keep doing this until you reach the top of the staircase. Take your time going up the stairs. Don't rush, and trust the process.
At the top of the stairs, there should be a mirror.
Look into the mirror and see your current self, knowing this is the last time you will be able to call yourself that person.
You're going to turn around and you're going to see a white door and you were going to use that door. As you turn the door knob, feel energy rushing through you.
Push open the door to reveal another staircase. With a wall at the bottom and a white door.
Feel the positive energy raising each step you take down the staircase. And once you reach the bottom, put your hand on the door knob and open it. (Once again, please take your time and really feel the energy flowing through you.)
Visualize someone important to you from your desired reality on the other side of that door.
They hold up their hand to you and say, " are you ready to go?" Think about this for a moment before you answer, are you OK with leaving your family, and friends?
If he said yes, take their hand and walk with them through the small black hallway. Imagine that person asking you what you will do when your desired reality. Things like what will you eat, what will you wear?
At the end of the hallway there will be one last store. Walk through the door. You realize that you have changed into your desired reality self once you open the door.
You are greeted by all your family and friends from your desired reality. They ask you things about your current reality.
Once you answer and I'm sure that this is what you want, walk to the bedroom of your desired reality and get into the bed. Imagine the details of your room as you walk through.
Get into the same position you started the method in. You are then going to watch your desired reality sell fall asleep. Then you're going to fall asleep yourself.
You will wake up in your desired reality.

7. The Staircase Method
The Staircase Method of reality shifting involves visualizing yourself at the bottom of a long staircase that you climb up.
As you climb, you should be repeating affirmations until you reach the top, at which point there will be a bright light for you to walk into that will lead you to your DR.

8. The Elevator Method
The Elevator Method has been another very popular shifting method that involves imagining yourself in an elevator, with energy levels going higher and higher with each floor you pass.
Supposedly, once your energy gets to the level it needs to shift, the elevator doors will open up to your desired reality.

9. The Eleven Method
The Eleven Method of reality shifting involves putting something over your eyes like a bandana, eye mask, etc.
Then you should listen to white noise while visualizing yourself walking up to your DR self. You should then visualize you two merging and becoming one. After you fall asleep, you should wake up in your DR.

10. The Piano Method
This method involves visualizing yourself in a grand hall, at the end of which there's a piano. Visualize yourself turning heads as you walk towards the piano and deliver a captivating performance (preferably a song linked to your DR), at the end of which you get roaring applause.
You then tell the audience you have to go home, then you'll walk down the hall and someone from your DR will be waiting for you. They'll ask if you want to go home, at which point they'll open a grand door that leads you to your DR.

11. The Julia: I Am Method

Step one:
It is recommended to use a guided meditation before beginning the method for mindfulness as it gives you that extra relaxation and makes you more focussed which will put you in the right state of mind.
Step two:
Once you're done meditating, switch over to theta waves. This helps induce a sleep awake state where your mind is awake but your body is asleep. You can find some examples of theta waves in our subliminals folder here.
Step three:
Once the waves have started playing, we do not begin affirming straight away. First you will need to bring about a deeper state before doing that - the vibrational stage. There are a couple options you could do, or if you wanted you could do both.
The first option is to repeat I am affirmations for example:
"I am pure consciousness not attached to any reality",
"I am currently shifting"
or if you wanted to, just "I am".
The second option is counting to or from 100 slowly.
By the time you finish one, or both of these things you should be in an ideal state, if not, repeat a method again because you will make it there eventually, it doesn't matter how long it takes as it's different for everyone. Some signs that you are in the ideal state/when your body is asleep is when your body is moving by itself e.g. twitching, you feel vibrations and have strong urges to move - try your best to ignore this and push through as you have to stay still.
Step four:
Now you are in the ideal state, begin to affirm to shift. Some good suggestions are to use identify affirmations and ones that sound as if you are already in your dr. Here are some examples:
"I am experiencing my desired reality",
"I am grateful to be in my desired reality", "
I love being in my desired reality",
"I am happy to be in my desired reality",
"I am <dr name>",
"I am <dr age>" etc.
Step five:
Now you are recommended to visualise, however, since some people struggle to do this, ask yourself questions like: What does my dr room look like? Is it cold or warm in your dr? Is your bed comfortable? Who are your dr family? Is it night or day? Can you hear anyone speaking?
Step six:
At this point you should be in your dr and you will begin to feel your surroundings change as your cr fades away. Once you feel like you are there, open your eyes and BOOM! You should be home! Congratulations!!! - If you open your eyes thinking you are there and you aren't, maybe try and script that your eyes will automatically open once you have shifted as I've heard this happens to a lot of people and maybe this can help.
