Opening another portal, they go hopping from place to place, taking down captures and freeing the Asgardians who were taken. Getting the last one, dawn arrives on the Asgardian lands as the siblings enter with ease. Many of the people are already there waiting, cheering for the siblings at their successful mission.
Thankful for the praise, their parents are there alongside Valkirye to greet them. Sol being the mother she is, rushes over to them, pulling both into a bone-crushing hug. While she wasn't worried, she was thankful to see both in one piece. "I'm so proud of you two."
Letting them go to gaze at her children, pride swells in her chest. They've grown so much; they're so different from the little baby the grew within her belly.
Both took her words to heart, feeling the warmth spread through them at her touching words. The people weren't done celebrating as they began to decorate the town with lights and food that filled the streets.
Máni looks around, looking for a certain teen; Loki sees this, "What wrong, my Son?"
He looks at his father, "I'm looking for a boy; he has tan skin, bright eyes, and my jacket on. Loki and Skadi share a look, "So that's why Fenris's been keeping to himself."
He raises an eyebrow making Loki chuckle, "He's should be at the Council Building."
Máni fails to connect the jesters shared between father and daughter as he makes his way to the council building with his family not too far behind. Making it there, he sees Fenris, large and towering, as he hides something.
Máni doesn't move an inch, "Fenris?"
He rotates his body a bit, revealing Salvador into the words of dreams against Fenris's fur. Máni can't help but smile a bit.
Explaining to them his situation, they agreed that it would be best to keep him on Asgard. Seeing as he is still young, Valkyrie volunteered to be his guardian. Salvador and Valkyrie bonded well, and peace reigned New Asgard once more.
Another year passes, leaving Skadi 19, Máni 15, and Salvador 16. The three began as thick as thieves, with Máni and Salvador thicker than some have realized. While they have acted on their confusing feelings, they both became content with the feeling that lingered between them.
Over the year, Salvador has grown accustomed to New Asgard. Gaining acceptance and friends quickly, he held great skill with the sword while his intellect was higher than most. Many fawned over him, with his bright eyes and silent exterior. Even his cold glares brought man women, and men to their knees in submission. He got used to it quickly, not letting it get to his head as the prince lingered on his mind frequently.
On this particular day, Thor would come to visit for Midsummer. The festival was one of his many favorites, and he wishes to not miss it as he has done the others. Many have asked those they love and cared for to be their pulse one, but Máni didn't care to do such things. He didn't see the need to.
Reading his book on the couch with a cup of tea in his hand, the door burst open. A man with long curly hair and lean muscles stepped through. Their green eyes shined with excitement; Máni sighed, placing his cup on the table beside him. Watching as the man takes long strides over to Máni, the boy closes his book before looking over at the vibrant green eyes.
"Now, what do I owe the pleasure to my handsome Brother."
Skadi smiles cooly, "Are you going to ask him?"
