"Are you done being mad at me?", Yolanda asked, walking into my room.

"No. Shut the fuck up.", I answered.

I don't care how disrespectful I'm being. I haven't spoken to Yolanda in days. When she tries to talk to me, I ignore her. If I do talk to her, I give her attitude.

I know it's petty, but I'm just upset...

I intend to keep it that way until further notice.

She sent my coping skill away. I just hope she's safe...

If I find her on that bench again, I'm beating Yolanda's ass...

She's been keeping me in this center for a good minute.

"Who even was that girl?", Yolanda asked.

"None of your damn business.", I mumbled.

"It is my business if I'm taking care of you.", she said.

"Can you please just ask the questions and get out?", I asked.

"Have you been using?", she asked.

"No ma'am.", I lied.

"Is there anything you want to talk about?", she asked.

"No. Leave. Thank you.", I responded, putting my sweater on.

"You know I can't help you get out of here or help you in general if you don't cooperate.", she said.

I mugged her before playing with my sweater strings.

Ever since I got here, everybody's been trying to get me to talk to them and open up. They weren't even asking me if I was comfortable talking about anything, they just kept asking you until you break.

But, with her, it felt easy. It felt right. It felt good to tell her.

I want to be able to tell her anything and everything about me.

"Someone is here to visit again.", Yolanda said, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"If it's that deadbeat, tell him to go away.", I mumbled.

"It's not Savari. It's your mother.", she said.

Why does she keep bringing the people I hate here? Am I getting punished? Maybe I was disrespecting her too much...

"Send her away.", I mumbled.

"No. You need to have some type of closure with your family.", she said.

"But—", I started to say.

"No. You are going to talk to her. I don't know what happened between you and your brother, but try to fix things with your mom.", she snapped, cutting me off.
