(Y/n) woke up the next day to a cold bed. She turned around to cuddle with Hawks only to find he wasn't there. It was early morning and she was still sleepy and out of it so she sat up and rubbed her eyes. Only then, when she got a true grasp of her surroundings, was when she realised she was surrounded by feathers.
They were everywhere.
In her hair, across the floor, all over the bed: no matter where she looked there were feathers. "Keigo." She mumbled in a tired voice. There was no response, it was too quiet for him to hear outside of the and none of his feathers gave any response. She then decided that she would go find him herself.
(Y/n) climbed our of the covers and took a deep breath before attempting to stand up. However, she had yet to recover from last night and almost immediately feel to the ground with a large thud. "Oww." She whined as she clutched onto her stomach. She was really sore yet she persevered, slowly getting back up and waddling to the door. Slowly but surely, she got closer and closer to the door but just as she was about to be in reach of the handle, the door was opened by none other than Hawks.
"Oh, good morning Babybird. I didn't know your were awake." He said to her. She looked him up and down. He was in his hero costume, it looked as if he had just got changed. "Good morning." She said, weakly smiling at him.
"Did you sleep well?" He asked as he came over and kissed her on the forehead. She hummed in response, "yeah. But what's with all the feathers?" She asked, pointing behind her to all of the feathers sprawled all over the place.
"That happens sometimes. Sorry."
"That's okay. I was just curious," she told him, "are you leaving for work soon?" She asked him seeing as he was in uniform. "Yeah. I have patrol soon." As he talked, Hawks reached into his draw and picked up some eyeliner. "Why do you put on eyeliner?"
"It brings out my eyes." Hawks joked. "Can I put it on for you?" (Y/n) asked him with puppy dog eyes that held more power of him than she would ever know. It worked wonders on Hawks and he just couldn't say no. "Fine. Come here." He said as he sat down on the bed. She slowly walked over to him trying her best to hide her limp but he could clearly see.
