after that encounter i was still terrified but i didn't want to show it. it was really hard not to considering i was stuck with about 30 boys with my biggest fear consuming me. after the doors closed i felt like my heart sunk. i wanted to run away from the place and never come back, but a part of me wanted to know more about this place and the people, well boys. i stayed there looking at the walls for about an hour trying to take it in and gave up after that, there was nothing i could do.

so i just left, into the forest. i was walking for a while breaking twigs and throwing stones into the little river that is deep into the forest. to be honest, the forest was the most calm place and no one could disturb me, well i thought. i was throwing stones into the river, when i heard a twig snap. i was sitting down so it obviously couldn't be me. i turned around and saw the dark skinned boy, who seemed to be the leader around here. i was startled at the sudden arrival.

"hey, its okay i'm not gonna hurt you greenie," i was so confused at what that was. a greenie.

"what is a greenie?" i said with a quiet tone, trying to keep myself from throwing a stone into the unknown boy in front of me.

"it's what we call new arrivals, considering they don't know their name," i nodded my head in confusion.

"what is this place?" i ask with a scared face.

"let me show you," and with that i followed him into the grassy part of this hellhole.

"we eat here, we sleep here, we grow our own food, we build our own shelter, whatever we need the box provides," he said while the both of us were walking around. he said his name was alby and that he was the leader, so i did what he said, trying not to get a bad impression since my first impressions wasn't so good.

"what box?" i asked. he pointed at the thing i was in first. 'i thought that was an elevator, clearly not' i thought. he continued the tour while i was still confused, not really listening. then there he was again, the dark brown haired boy, who i still don't know his name, was staring at me with a straight face. no emotions. i looked at him and quickly turned away not wanting to cause any more commotion.

"hey you alright alby?" someone said from afar with a british accent. then i turned to see him. he has soothing brown pools of eyes, dirty blonde hair and ripped clothes. he walked towards alby and i with a minor limp which was noticeable.

"greenie meet newt, when i'm not around he's in charge," alby said while newt shook my hand as a hello.

"well it's a good thing you're always around then, listen that was some dash you made earlier, y'know for a second there i thought you had the chops to be a runner, till' gally shoved ya'," newt said with a devilish grin on his face and alby laughing at newt's statement.

"wait a runner?" i questioned with confusion written all over my face. they both stopped laughing and looked at me.

"listen, i gotta go help fry with the supplies, can you help our greenie here with sleeping arrangements," alby said without letting newt reply, he just walked away towards what seemed like the kitchen.

"lets go greenie, always do what alby tells ya' to do," and with that we both walked towards the huts.

"you're gonna have to sleep with the lads while we build you a hut for yourself cause you're a girl and all that, is that okay?" newt asked politely, i nodded. he continued with the rest of the tour until he made a stop near the kitchen.
"are you hungry?" he asked while turning towards me. i never really thought about food, i only thought about the fact that i'm probably trapped here with over 30 boys in a tiny place with no privacy whatsoever.

"yeah, kinda," was my response and we both walked into the kitchen.

"wait there and sit, i'll bring you some food greenie," so i sat down and waited for him. he came back with a bowl full of vegetable soup and gave it to me.
"here you go greenie, i never actually introduced myself properly. i'm newt nice to meet ya," newt said.
