      "Mrs. O'Leary! There you are!"

Percy had been walking into the arena after Beckedorf's funeral, when he walked into a big wall of black hair. Mrs. O'Leary barked.

     'Follow me, Percy.' She said.

Percy climbed on top of her and signaled that he was ready. Mrs.O'Leary ran off into a tree.

They shadow-travelled into the Underworld, right off the river Styx. Percy dismounted his Hellhound and took a look around. Sitting on a log by a dying fire was a young boy looking 14 years old. He wore a pair of jeans and an aviator jacket. His dark hair contrasted with his pale skin. He was throwing cards into the fire, like it was kindling.

A transparent person stood next to him, talking. "Come on, use that rage!"

Percy walked over to the 2. Upon closer inspection, Percy recognized the spirit. "Minos, what are you doing up here?"

Minos froze, before slowly looking up at Percy. He put on a restrained smile. "Why, this young man just asked for assistance."

"Why do you lie, Minos? It's very unbecoming."

"What do you mean? I do not lie!"

"Then how come I can sense your lies?"

     Minos did not answer.

"They did you wrong, putting you in Elysium. I won't make the same mistake."

Percy snapped his fingers, and the ghost burst into flames. Screams started, but Percy didn't relent. The flames spread all over Minos' body, causing more pain. Percy stomped on the ground, causing a crack in the ground. Minos was pulled down, still burning.

"Enjoy Hell." Percy said. He turned to the lone boy. "Nico."

The boy looked up. Nico made a distasteful face, before looking back at the fire. Percy sighed, before sitting next to him. Nico scooted away from him, not that he could get far, it was a small log.

     "Bianca's in Heaven." Percy said.

Nico looked up at Percy. "What?"

"Bianca. I brought her to Heaven."

     "So you let her die."

"Don't assume you know the story." Percy said, remaining calm.

"She went with you, she didn't come back. I think it's pretty clear what fucking happened!" Nico said, getting angrier with each word.

"You want to fight the Fates?! The very beings that even the Primordials fear?!"

"You were an Archangel! You are above them! Now I see why they all call you evil." Nico said, muttering the last part.

"I told you that the gods defeated the Titans. I told you I would do my best." Percy ignored the evil comment. "And even then, I took her from the clutches of Hell, which almost cost me my life!"

"And yet, it wasn't good enough." Nico said.

"I guess so." Percy said. "But that's not why I'm here. It's time for your end of the deal."

     "What is it, my soul?"

"No, I want you to convince your dad to fight."

Nico looked at Percy with an incredulous expression on face. "You want me to what?!"

     "Convince your dad to fight."

Nico stood up. "You know what? I don't even know why I'm still talking to you. I'm leaving." He said, walking off.

Percy stayed sitting down. "Say hi to your dad for me!"

Nico just flipped him off, not looking back. He faded into the fog.

Percy turned to look back at the dead fire. He flicked his hand and the fire started up. The coldness of the underworld was staved off. The air turned warm and comforting. A feeling that he felt not to long ago-

     "Hestia."

The little girl rose from the fire and sat next to him. "Percy."

     "What are you doing?"

"Trying to get allies. Something Luke said a while ago is confusing me. He said that he had help from an angel, but I don't know if he was being truthful. I want all the help I can get, just in case."

Hestia nodded. "So you came to see Nico?"

"Yeah, figured I would try to give him some closure. I save someone from Hell, and that's the thanks I get." He muttered.

     "He needs time."

     "I know, but still."

Hestia was quiet for a moment. "My family is pretty mad about your earlier comments."

"Are they? Yet they still sit on their asses not doing a Dad damned thing. So their opinion can suck my dick for all I care."

"I don't think Zoë wouldn't like them doing that."

Percy laughed. "Yeah, she would be pretty pissed."

"Well, you should get going, I fear that the combat will start soon."

LINE BREAK

Percy popped out of the wall back in New York. He hailed a taxi, and took a ride to the Empire State Building. He walked into the lobby and asked for the key card to Olympus. The guard told him that Olympus didn't exist, but one look with his red eyes was enough to persuade him.

Percy rode up the elevator, changing the music from whatever shit Apollo chose, to Renegades by X Ambassadors. He felt it fit what was about to happen.

He walked the long winding path that led to the Throne Room. Barely anyone was outside, and the skies were dark, ominous.

He walked into the Throne Room, and stared at the giant gods. Zeus was looking furious, hand gripping onto his master bolt. His eyes stared at Percy, looking at him with murderous intent.

Hermes and Apollo had bowls of popcorn popped, watching this like it was the best thing in history.

Zeus started. "How dare you talk about us like that."

     "Like what? The truth?"

"How dare you critique us, when your father does the same."

"Yet, he created humanity, and stays away so as not to impede on their free will. And who says that I don't get mad at him about it? You guys hide behind these ancient laws, that I'm 99% sure don't even exist."

"And for your insolence, we will not be taking part in this fight."

"It wasn't like you were going to do anything anyway. If anyone here would do something, it would be Artemis, and she would do it with her hunters."

Artemis started to speak in Percy's head. 'I will be sending my Hunters to help. And I want to talk to you and Zoë when this is all over.'

Percy nodded discreetly, and Artemis looked satisfied.

Percy looked at everyone, before hearing nothing. He rushed out of the Throne Room and looked down at New York beneath the floating mountain. Everyone was asleep. Doesn't matter what they were doing, they were all asleep.

     The fight had started.

A/N. So another chapter's done. And since we're getting closer to the prewritten chapters, I wanted to tell you how I'm going to do that. I'm going to release them at 1 hour intervals. So 1 chapter per hour. That's still not for a while though, so don't worry.

Did you like the conversation between Nico and Percy, and Hestia and Percy? Also, in case you didn't figure it out, Hestia used a favor to get Percy to fight in the war.
