Megan's pov
"I missed you" I said. suddenly Joe picked me up bridal style and kissed me once again. I've missed the feeling of kissing Joe so much, and I had almost forgotten how amazing it felt! He spun me around, and we were both laughing and giggling! Suddenly I heard children running over and laughing, I looked over and saw Blake and Ellie. Joe put me down and I knelt down and hugged the kids. "hey guys! Where's your mummy and daddy?" I asked as I hugged them. "over there!" Ellie said and she pointed at Lana who was walking over with brad. "hey meg... are you ok?" Lana asked sounding concerned. "um.... yeah, I guess. I just need some rest." I said and I stood up. "I'm gonna take Megan back to the flat" Joe said and he intertwined his hand with mine. we walked up to the flat and went to our bedroom."Megan...?" Joe said "yeah?" I asked. "are you really ok?" He said and he looked at me seriously. "I think so..." I replied and I looked away. "Meg, look at me." Joe said and he gently lifted my chin to raise my head and look him in the eyes. "promise me you won't do anything like that ever again" he said looking me straight in the eye "I promise!" I said and I grabbed Joe's face and pulled him in for a kiss.
We cuddled up in bed and I fell asleep in his arms just like we used to do before the accident.
"I love you" he whispered in my ear "I love you too" I whispered back
