It Was Luck At First Sight

chapter 11

Komaeda's pov:

I huddled into Hajime's side as we sat together watching the sunset. Hajime took out a small red flask from his bag that he had been carrying around most of the day. Along with the flask he pulled out two plastic mugs, both with a cosmetic, galaxy pattern covering them. "Here , I brought hot chocolate with me," Hajime handed me one of the mugs that he filled up. I took it from him with a smile a took a sip.  I caught a glimpse of Kokichi and Shuichi, who were also cuddled up behind Hajime. I could see the violet haired male look at me with his signature mischievous smirk. I blushed and cuddled closer to Hinata-kun.

Hajime's pov:

Komaeda cuddled me as we sat together with hot chocolate and a blanket I brought with it. He seemed like he was blushing about something. I snuck a quick glance behind me but there was nothing that would have made my Nagi blush apart from the fact that Kokichi was sitting on Shuichi's lap as they watched the sun set. I blushed slightly at the other couple's position, however it wasn't noticeable to Komaeda. I burried my nose into Nagi's hair. It was calming and I loved the smell of coconut that came off him. He relaxed into my chest with a comfortable sigh, and layed his head on my heart that beated peacefully. People disbanded as stars covered the galaxy sky, twinkling in the vast space of open sky; clouds didn't dare cover them up. Behind us Kokichi gave a little yawn and Shuichi suggested that we headed back to their house for the night. I agreed with him as Nagi was soundly sleeping against me. I packed up my bag with the empty mugs, flask and blanket that I brought before picking up, the still sleeping, Komaeda. Shuichi carried his purple haired gremlin on his back and we headed back past the houses and shops all locked up for the morning ahead. Eventually, we made it back to the house. I said goodnight to Shuichi who carried Kokichi to their room, then carried Nagi to his room. I took off our shoes and climbed into bed with Komaeda, falling asleep with him in my arms.

~a few days later~

Third person pov:

They were all back in school. However it was a little different this time. Hajime and Komaeda would often walk together hand in hand till they had to go to classes. At first their classmates were really surprised, not by the fact that the two were dating but by the fact that Komaeda hasn't been the usual cluts he normally was. Instead of his unluckiness he was avoiding paths that would trip him up and when he put a coin in the vending machine he got all of the cans of his favourite drink, that normally got stuck in the machine, it was like his talent flipped. He was unlucky until he met... Him.

Hey guys, I'm back. I hoped you liked this chapter. It has been nice to have my motivation back. Q'n'A questions are still open and I may do a couple of shout-outs for you guys who read my story. It has been quite a journey and I didn't expect this book to get this far.
