"I don't give up." he tells me as he bucks his hips throwing me.

I hit the floor with a thud and roll over just in time to see him hover over me. I scramble off the floor and tackle him. We both fall to the floor. Both of us are beyond exhausted. I was giving him a run for his money, and I was trying not to show my true colors.

He wraps his arms around me, but he doesn't apply any pressure or try to continue with the fight. He just holds me to him, both of us catching our breath. We sit there arms around each other for moments-minutes but it feels like a great deal longer. I move away from him at the same time he moves away from me.

"Henry, I think you have made your point." Max speaks up from his spot along the wall.

Honestly I never thought he would have stayed silent for so long, but I guess he is used to this. Henry wasn't known for being the nicest person. I took at Max, and then at Henry. The look in his eyes, I know this fight isn't going to stop know. Even if I walked out of the ring. Max just made this situation worse.

"I am not proving a point. I am making sure she wont lose in the competition."

I look back at Matthew, and I know he is done. I take a small step towards him, and he backs away. I glance back at Henry, and he is glaring at Matthew now. The only thing they were accomplishing was pissing Henry off.

"Since you two seem about done, how about we throw in the use of powers." The smirk he gives us is sinister.

I was at a major disadvantage, and he knew that. This time it was my turn to take a step back. No matter what Matthews powers are, I am at the disadvantage. I still had yet to gain mine. No amount of training could make them appear when I wanted them too, they always show up when they want to.

"You cant make me use my powers." Matthew states, standing up a bit straighter.

"He can." Henry says pointing to Max, and Max looks like he might just be sick. "Or him." he says pointing to his Matthew.

The thought of having him use someone else's powers against me scares me. He wouldn't hold back, and he wouldn't care that I am about ready to pass out. Not that anyone else would care. They wouldn't hesitate to take advantage of my tired state. Hell I wouldn't hesitate to take advantage of someone if they were in my state.

It doesn't take long for Matthew to start clawing his way around in my Matthews head. The pain is etched all over his face. He was fighting it, he was trying to stay in control. But we both knew that he couldn't. Not for long anyways.

You could see the internal war. Ice was forming on Matthew's fingers, and it was growing with each passing moment. The ice wasn't what scared me though, it was how long Matthew could stay in control. When he looked into my eyes I saw something I never saw before. Something that didn't belong to the man that I know.

"Matthew, turn up the heat. If you will." Henry says flicking his gaze towards the man on his left.

I watch as the battle continues, and the only thing to show for it is the ice that is spreading all along the floor. It is heading straight towards me.

"That wont be necessary." He tells Henry, "I am in control now."

I look at the man in front of me, and see the apology in his eyes. I take another small step backwards, until my foot is touching the line of the ring. I have gone as far as I can. I don't have any other options. I have to fight him- I have to fight without any weapons.

I take a deep breath and prepare myself for the worst to come my way.
