A nightmare...no, what if it was a vision? Ash sighed softly, massaging the bridge of his nose and looked to the clock.

It was ten minutes until six in the morning. Ash sighs and gets up, walking to the shower. Maybe a warm or hot shower can help. Besides, he was due for a cleaning.

After his shower, he figured some early training with his pokemon would help take his mind off of things.

But before that, he dug out two stones from his backpack and stared at the two.

They were mega stones, but they weren't the ones Steven gotten him back in Rustboro.

When Trip and Ash were in Oak's summer camp, the two stumbled on four stones, two of each.

Two of them were gold, red, and blue while the other pastel yellow, white, and pink.

They found them very intriguing and decided to take them and show the professor.

It turns out they found two Audinite and two Lucarionite. The Professor fainted from shock, but woke up, dancing with joy at the discovery.

"Perhaps you two should keep one of each. You never know when you'll need them!" He said, and the two boys agreed.

That day, Ash and Trip exchanged contact information and did everything to research on Mega Evolution and the such.

You see, Ash was very much hoping to travel with Trip, but his parents were too strict and controlling.

That's when Ash made that wager with them if he won the Battle Frontier,, Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Orange Leagues.

He was halfway done with the frontier and only had two more leagues! He was so excited to know he's getting closer to his goal.

Ash had a blush at remember that wager and what would happen if he won.

He had started to develop feelings for Trip, the feelings growing stronger everything they checked on each other, which was almost everyday.

But he needed to get his head out of the clouds. He needed to train. To be stronger for his friends.

Ash grabbed all of his pokemon and went outside. He decided to work with Lairon. She seemed a lot better compared to that day on Dewford Cave.

She was much more confident and powerful. Ash thinks she's close to achieving her final evolution.

He figured he may as well have the others train too. He needed to work with Trapinch. Baltoy too. Oh, his ghost types as well.

Latios and Latias came to Ash, having found four mega stones, Latiosite, Latiasite, Mewtwonite X, and Mewtwonite Y.

"What a discovery!" He exclaimed and thanked the Eon Pokemon, clearly grateful.

They all trained until they heard a scream. It was May's scream.
Ash then sped to the sound and what he saw was many Team Aqua grunts attacking the forest and had his friends, cousin, and other innocent people hostage!

Ash saw some wild pokemon and thinks they could be a great asset.
They were a shiny Vulpix, shiny Oddish, two Nidoran, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and a Growlithe looking towards May, they were also holding an egg.
