While Link was working on his archery, suddenly a conch shell sounded, and Link knew what that meant-an ambush. She and Zelda rushed to the tallest tower, and saw an entire army of monsters, there must have been one-no, two thousand of them, at least. Zelda ordered Link to get the other soldiers and knights to fight alongside them the best they could while her royal servants look for the monsters in the library to see what their weaknesses are. Link obeyed. Zelda grabbed her swords, bows, and arrows, and so did Link. They also grabbed their magic pendants. Their magic pendants both had their family in them, and that is what made them magic. You see, those magic pendants were Zelda and Link's last gifts from their parents. It has the power to grant magic spells whenever they want, as long as the pendants have a picture of what matters most to the wearer inside. On the battlefield, Link and Zelda were battling the monsters fiercely, when one of the royal servants told them their weakness-magic. And not just any magic, green magic, the most powerful magic of all. It took much energy, but Zelda and Link pulled out enough courage to join hands, close their eyes, and believe. Suddenly, a green light appeared above both of their heads, and it hurled at a large group of monsters, and as soon at it hit them, they disintegrated into dust. They did it many more times, about to the time when they were sweating through their clothing. But it was all worth it, because in about one hour of green magic fighting, the monsters were all gone. After the fight, cheering sprung throughout the Hyrulean villagers. Soon, every Hyrulean knew about the fight, and were eternally grateful to both sisters. But, over the cheering, Zelda suddenly froze, and then lost consciousness right in front of Link, and the entire kingdom. Link rushed to her side, and felt her pulse, and she could not feel anything. The leader of Hyrule, sister to Link, Princess Zelda, was dead.
