Unlike every other time before Marlene and Sirius didn't avoid each other , instead it was the girls doing everything to avoid Lily
Lily was not making the situation easier either the PDA level of things had increased or every chance she got she would sass the girls and find ways to insult them indirectly
Marlene and Sirius though talking to each other and being themselves didn't talk about the moment they had
James being the only person who knew what happened between the two felt like he was drowning he wanted to tell but it was not up to him to say
Strolling through the corridors of the school , James found himself by the black lake

Marlene leaned against one of the trees as Sirius ran down the bank and towards the girl
"What did they say??" Marlene asked

Marlene giggled as Sirius wrapped his arms around her

"Yeah......just us before we tell anyone" Sirius said and Marlene nodded
"Meet me outside the common room at midnight" Sirius said and Marlene nodded and giggled as Sirius kissed her
The pair jumped apart when a loud gasp came from behind
"I KNEW IT!! I FUCKIN KNEW IT!!! ARE YOU TOGETHER?? WHAT OS HAPPENING!?!"
"Prongs mate calm down"
"I WILL MOST DEFINITELY NOT CALM DOWN!! SIRIUS ORION BLACK THE THIRD!!" James yelled and smacked the raven haired boy
"OW!! WHAT WAS THAT FOR!!??"
"James!! James!! James!! Calm down please" Marlene grabbing his arm
"I saw you kiss twice!!" James hissed

"No!! I need to where this is going!!" He said and gestured between Sirius and Marlene

Marlene smacked James upside the head hard

"You listen here James Fleamont Potter!!" Marlene said grabbing his collar
"Sirius and I are still sorting things out and until we do you can't tell anyone" Marlene said

"James we need to what this is" Marlene said
"What's there to figure out?? You like her she likes you" James said looking at Sirius
