Revenge!

Daxton turned to Alface and Tituba swiftly cutting the spiritual strings binding them to there masters. The two turned to their former masters snarling. Tituba's eyes filled with tears "you'll suffer for every scar you gave me!" She ran at the cat who stood shocked quickly she snapped out of it. She turned to run only to be caught in the jaws of the dog. Abigail cried out in agony reaching she tried to claw at the other only to be dropped. Abigail tried to stand only to be pinned and killed.

Repolho tried to sneak out only to be caught by Alface. The two struggled but Alface quickly won killing the Harberster.

Moshi looked at the mess in front of him a chill running up his spine. Daxton dipped his tail into the blood that mixed at Moshi's feet. Swiftly he wrapped his tail around Moshi's front legs. "Never forget what you survived" the demigod muttered. Alface turned letting out a huff as if to say finally. Tituba sighed "agreed brother" she muttered turning to Daxton. Moshi looked up to everyone feeling suddenly so small and defenseless. Daxton lowered his head "you're safe Moshi" he said softly before lifting his head "Marcel". Moshi stiffened looking at Daxton as the demon quickly appeared. Marcel gave a whispy hiss as their eyes landed on Daxton. The larger demi god raised a brow "you are not to maliciously possess Moshi any longer. If I or any of the gods see you possess him without first letting him know you will be killed!" Marcel lowered their head a silent submission. Moshi looked at the demon in shock. Before he knew it he was pushed to Marcel by Daxton. "You two go home you need to recover" the god said before turning to Tituba and Alface "let's go home you two. I feel some nice warm water and catching up is in order" he said softly to the two he'd raised.

Moshi had made it home with the demon who was watching him intently. Moshi tried ignoring them but soon turned with a questioning look. Marcel quickly apologized "to be threatened by the gods you must be pretty special. They have more in store for you." They replied quietly Moshi's eyes widened with surprise. "More?" He questioned. Marcel shrugged as they stepped into the sun. They looked up in shook the sun didn't burn them like usual. Maybe there was a big problem they needed to solve.

The ending is to hint towards my second book named "a demon's prey" there will be more demons more possession episodes and more twist! But I'll have to write it all down before I start publishing it because it's 24 chapters.
