Prologue

Lalisa Manoban

I felt a soft hand placed on my cheek. I opened my eyes and see the woman with a beautiful eyes. My heart beats calmly knowing she's with me.

"Do you believe in magic?" She asked. The she talks feels like she was telling me a fairytale.

"Everytime when I'm with you.. feels like magic." Time slows down when ever I laid my eyes on her.

"Ms. Manoban.. dito na po tayo." I woke up from that dream again.

I went down on my car as I saw the man approaching.

"Magandang hapon po Ms. Manoban.." He takes off his straw hat and he smiles at me. I just gave him nod and diverted my eyes to the place.

"Ililibot ko po kayo sa buong hacienda." He said and guided me to a cart that they use to go around faster. I've been eyeing for this land for almost a year now and the owner finally decided to finally sell it to me.

"Narito po ang kwadra ng mga kabayo at naroon naman po ang pinyahan, manggahan, tubuhan, at maisan. Nasa kabilang parte naman ang palayan." I nodded as he tours me around the area. It was pretty big and it has a beautiful scenery, few more minutes before sundown.

We drove further more until we reached the PS mark or the boundary stone. I look over the area behind the wired fence. I frown.

"This area isn't part of the property?" I asked. The man scratches his nape.

"Hindi po kasi nabili ni Don Roberto ang parte na iyan noon sa unang may-ari ng lupain." He explains.

I don't know but there's something in that place that caught my attention. I stepped closer to the fence to see the place clearly. The place is still well maintained. The grass are not that tall, the trees are still shadowing the place. I was about to say something when I saw a white cat with piercing blue eyes not so far from us. The cat was just looking at me.

"Look... there's a cat over there." I pointed at the cat and my eyes went to him, he looked confused.

"Anong pusa po ma'am?" He confusedly asked. My eyes went back to the place where the cat is sitting but it was already gone. The cat might already ran away.

The cold wind kissed my skin. She seems to be fascinated by the place. I was about to step closer when my phone suddenly rings.

A/N: so yes this story is just a product of my messy brain. I wrote it just to let out the idea on my mind. It wasn't edited so there's a lot grammatical errors in it. It only contains 20 chapters so it's just a short story.
