Chapter 6

Lalisa Manoban

I froze when I saw an old looking cars, like classic cars that collectors would die to have, parked in front of the mansion. My eyes went to the huge ass gate with an arc on top of it. Casa de la Luna. It wasn't there before.. then I saw a man wearing a baggy white suit with a walking cane. Really? Who are these people? The place was still the same but there were some things that wasn't here before. It looked more alive.

I was about to approach the old man when a woman with a white floral sun dress went up to him. Her jet black curled up hair was below her shoulder and was neatly styled, like old style. She was also wearing white gloves and a pair of white sandals. She was hugging the man so I wasn't able to see her face. The old man was smiling at her, looking very happy to see the woman.

The woman walked beside him and then there... I saw her face. My jaw literally dropped. I didn't even blink. It's so cliché but at that time.. everything went slow. I can already hear my own heart beat. Her face is so perfect, her eyes, her small pointy noise, and those lips are just perfect, perfect is an understatement. The woman is so breathtaking herself. She looks so perfect walking along side the man. The woman happily walked showing her gummy smile while her arms clings on the man. Suddenly her piercing eyes landed on mine. Her eyes sparked and at that moment I felt like my heart really stopped beating. I'm literally stunned. I left like I was under her spell at that very moment. I was able to get out of her spell when someone suddenly dragged me.

"Shhh..." I confusedly looked at the person who dragged me behind the tall bushes.

"W-wha--" I was about to asked him when he cut me off.

"Ano ang ginagawa mo dito? Oras pa ito ng trabaho." A young man maybe about my age or younger said in a low voice. Who the hell is this man? He spoke tagalog weirdly. It sounded firmer.

"Sino ka? And sino ang mga tao sa hacienda? Bakit sila nagpapasok nang walang permission ko?" I asked and he just looked at me like I was an idiot or something.

"Hali ka na.. pag natagpuan tayo ni Señor Miguel ay malalagot tayo.." He said. He was about to go when I stopped him.

"Hindi mo ba 'ko nakikilala? Akala ko ba nabanggit na ni Mr. Lim na naibenta na itong hacienda?." He looked at me with a weird expression.

"Ano ba ang sinasabi mo? Ikaw ang bagong trabahador na nag mula sa kabilang bayan, hindi ba?" I kinda don't process his words in an instant. Masyadong malalim ang pagsasalita niya para akong ma no-nosebleed.

"What? I'm Lalisa Manoban.. ako ang bagong may-ari nitong hacienda." I said and he just snorted.

"Magaling ka mag-biro at marunong ka mag salita ng Ingles." What the fuck?

"I'll go to my car.." I said  and went out of that bushes but he dragged me again. What the hell is his problem?

"Malalagot tayong lahat pag-nakita nila tayo na naririto." Ano bang sinasabi niya?

"I'll go home and I'll talk to Mr. Lim about this nonsense!" Medyo may kataasang sabi ko. I was really pissed.

"Ano ang ginagawa ninyong dalawa dito? Hindi ba oras ng trabaho ngayon?" A manly voice said behind our back. I looked at him and who the hell is this?

"S-señorito Lucio.. paunanhin po. Bago po kasi itong si Limario dito kaya naligaw po siya." I frown. What the hell? Limario? Who's that? Mayabang na nakapamewang ang lalake na nasa harap ko. He was disgustingly looking at me from head to toe.

"Tsk.. umalis na kayo dito! Darating ang mga kaibigan nang Papá galing  sa Amerika. Ayaw ko na makita nila kayong pakalat kalat dito sa casa.." what a cocky guy and what in the world is he talking about. I'll punch him in the face. He has this annoying face. I was about to say something when this guy beside me talked.
