Part 5

Enji managed to destroy the training room.
Fuyumi and Natsuo were nervous and gave their father space.
(Y/n) quickly walks to the main estate to see the new number one hero.
On her way she saw Shoto walking in the same direction.
"Are you going to see my father?" He asks boredly.
"Yes. He's the new number one. I thought I could calm him down with my quirk. He's probably super angry."
Shoto smirks. "I know he is. He didn't want to get the top spot because All Might retired."
(Y/n) looks at the boy. "I'm glad you're not ignoring me. I know you probably don't like me but I do hope we can be friends or something."
"I don't really know how I feel about you. You could've had any man in the world and you chose the worst."
"I didn't choose him. I just wanted him to forget his pain, which unfortunately at the time I didn't realize it was his family. I didn't recognize him either."
"I guess I can't fault you for that. I'm surprised you still want anything to do with us or him. You could've found someone else."
(Y/n) smiles and nods. "I probably should. I can't keep believing we can all be a happy family. That's selfish. I should find a man who loves me and will treat me like a queen."
Shoto smiles slightly and nods. "You deserve that. You're actually a really nice person. I'm sure it won't be hard."
"Being pregnant will make it difficult. Most men aren't really into that."
The boy nods in understanding.

Once they arrive at the estate Shoto opens the door for the woman and she walks in.
Fuyumi looks over and her eyes widen. "I don't think you two should be here. He's been raging."
"I'm here to calm him down." (Y/n) informs and smiles. "It'll be ok in a few minutes."
"Ok. Be careful." The girl worries then looks at her brother.
Shoto smiles at his sister. "Let's have some tea with Natsuo."
The girl nods and goes to get the other brother.

(Y/n) walks to the room where the yelling is coming from.
Endeavor sits on the floor, pulling on his hair.
Everything around him is on fire.
The mother walks up and kneels behind him. She wraps her arms around his shoulders.
The sudden touch makes him jump and a burst of flames burns the woman.
She gasps loudly and holds her wounds.
Enji turns to her quietly and his eyes widen. 
"(Y/n) what are you doing here?"
"I-I came here to calm you down. I just wanted to help."
"You always just want to help. Remember what happened last time you tried to help." The angry man points at her stomach.
The burn marks go unnoticed by the redhead.
Tears stream down her cheeks.
"And what's wrong with that? Aren't heroes supposed to help those in pain?"
"You're not a hero. You're just a little nobody with a weak quirk."
"And yet you keep me around. Shoto was right. I should've left you and found someone else. Someone who will cherish me and never hurt me."

Finally he noticed what he'd done.
Her clothes are singed and parts of her skin are burned.
They weren't too serious, and would eventually heal but they still hurt like hell.
"(Y/n)," he whispers.
She growls in anger and her fists clench.
His pride gets the better of him.
"Fine! Go off and find someone else. I'm the number one hero now. I can't have you taking that away from me."
(Y/n) slaps him as hard as she can. She cries out in pain from her stomach but stands up straight.
Enji's flames burn hotter.
"G-go to hell." She whispers and walks away quickly.
Running proved to be too difficult at this point in her pregnancy.

Shoto jogs over to the woman and notices her burns right away.
"I-I need a hospital." She stutters and he nods.
"I'll take you there. I'll use my ice to help for now. Is that ok?"
(Y/n) nods and smiles weakly. "Yes please."
Once they get to the hospital a nurse takes (Y/n) and Shoto back right away.
"Is he family?" The nurse asks.
"Yes," (Y/n) lies.
Shoto smiles slightly and nods in agreement.
They wouldn't let him back if he wasn't.

Once the nurse finishes cleaning and wrapping the burns she gives (Y/n) an ointment to use until they heal.
Shoto and (Y/n) walk out of the hospital.
"I'll take you home. It's not like I really wanna see him. Especially after what he did to you."
"Thank you Shoto. I'd like to tell you he wants to be a good father, but I'm sure you won't believe me. This is just a small setback. He wants to be someone you can call father and be proud of."
"I will never be proud to call him father. Not after everything he's done."
"He didn't mean to burn me. This was an accident. We both said things we regret. Don't hold this against him."
The dual haired boy shakes his head. "Let's just get you home."

Dabi looks across the street to see Shoto and a woman he's never seen before.
She's pretty fucking hot. What's she doing with Shoto?
The black haired man takes a photo and sends it to Hawks.
Hey Birdbrain. Find out everything you can on this chick.
Is that Shoto Todoroki? Are you stalking him now too?
Shut up Hawks. I just so happen to see him. They just came from the hospital.
Fine fine. You owe me Kyushu fried chicken.
KFC got it. Just hurry up birdbrain.

Dabi follows the two loosely.
(Y/n) laughs softly at something Shoto says.
Dabi looks at them confused. "A friend. Maybe a girlfriend." He whispers to himself.
Once they get to the estate (Y/n) hugs the boy.
Shoto tenses but pats her back.
Dabi looks at the estate confused. He recognized it. "Why is she staying here?"
The two wave and go their separate ways.
Dabi notices her rubbing her stomach as she goes inside. He shrugs and walks back toward the League base.

"Where have you been Dabi? You're late." Shigaraki questions his underling.
"Were you seeing Hawks again?" Toga asks.
"I was following a sexy lead. She has something to do with the Todoroki's. I've got Hawks finding out who she is. She might be useful later."
The blue haired man rolls his eyes. "Whatever. I have a mission for you and Toga."
"Oh, a mission. Sounds fun, right Dabi."
"Shut up crazy."
The blonde pouts cutely. "I will cut you."
"I'd like to see you try." Dabi mumbles.
