Chapter 2- Grave of loved one's

[Time skip: South Korea]

Taehyung and Jimin's plane landed in South Korea. The entire journey, Taehyung kept quiet. All he could think about was his sister. Right now, he didn't trust anyone. He hoped that it wasn't his sister but what has happened cannot be undone. Thinking about all these, a tear rolled down his cheek. Seeing Taehyung like this was the first time for Jimin. No matter how cold and ruthless he might be, he loved and cared people close to him. 

Walking towards the exit, with their bags in their hands, they were interrupted as someone called them. Turning around, Taehyung and Jimin found two policemen. 

"Excuse me sir, can we check your ID?" One of them asked. Taehyung looked at Jimin and he nodded. His gave his ID card to them and they started checking.

"Mr. Kim Taehyung are you by any chance the Chairman of Kim Corporations?" 

"Yes, that is me" 

"It's a pleasure to meet you. We were asked to check every person coming from Italy by this flight so we needed to check your ID" One of the officers said and he shook hands with Taehyung

"May I ask why?" Jimin spoke

"Yes, we have a information that a mafia named, V will be coming to South Korea by this flight. As we were informed, he is extremely dangerous" the officers replied to which Taehyung chuckled to himself. 

"Can I ask who provided the information?" Taehyung asked in a non-suspicious way

"It was someone who worked with him, his name was Robert, yes Robert" The officer said to which Taehyung smirked and thought, "Robert, that asshole"

"And may we ask what are you doing here?" 

"We are here for a business meeting and some deals" Taehyung replies casually

"Okay, Mr. Kim enjoy your time here" the officer handed over the ID and left. Taehyung and Jimin went out and boarded the car waiting for them. 

"Make sure to kill that Robert" Taehyung whispered before starting the car to which Jimin nodded and called someone. 

[Time skip: City Hospital]

A silence filled with sadness took place as Taehyung and Jimin made their way to morgue. The doctor brought a body covered with a white cloth. Removing the cover, Taehyung's breathe hitched as he immediately recognized his sister. Warm tears flowed town his cheeks but were soon replaced with anger. He dashed out the morgue but Jimin stopped him just in time.

"Where do you think you're going!?"

"To kill whosoever killed my sister!" Taehyung was about to take his gun out but Jimin stopped him making him frown.

"And how are you going to do that huh? Do you even have a clue of who killed Ara? Taehyung, this Korea not Italy and you're here as a businessman and not a mafia that police will do nothing. One wrong move and you'll rot in jail!"

"Then what else can I do?" Taehyung questioned

"We'll find some evidence and hire a lawyer. We're going to take help of law"

"Law? You know I don't trust the law right?"

"I'm very well aware, but what else can you do? Had this been in Italy, it would've been easier but it's Korea. You have to control your anger, the moment you loose your anger, not only your business identity but also the hope of getting revenge is lost!" Jimin said and Taehyung couldn't help but agree because whatever he said was right. 

"And after we find that person, what we'll do? I'll not hand him to law"

"Me neither. That's why, the day we find him, you're going to kill him with your own hands and after clearing all the evidence, we'll leave Korea. But remember, till then, no one should know you're real identity" Jimin said and Taehyung nodded

"I'll find a good lawyer by today and also some evidence that it's a murder" Jimin spoke and both of them left the hospital

[Time skip: Y/n's house] 

"Yesterday, the police found another dead body of a girl which makes it the 8 murder of the week. People's questions to the police department yet they don't have a answer. Who is the real culprit behind these murders?" The news displayed on TV. Yes, this wasn't the first but the 8th murder of the week were the victims are killed without any external injury but a toxic chemical yet the police have no idea who's the one to supply the chemical.

"The 8th murder of the week! What are the police doing!" Jungkook yelled

"Probably some corrupt people have fed them with money and asked to keep their mouth quiet or else how long does it take for autopsy report to give the cause of death?" I replied 

This is me, Jeon Y/n. A lawyer. My brother Jeon Jungkook is studying to be a lawyer cause at first he thought of becoming a doctor later found it difficult and is now studying law. Well, from a past few weeks, people are getting killed mysteriously and no one knows who's behind all these? That one thing victims have in common is that they go missing and three to four days later, their dead bodies are found. Police claims that it's because of a toxic chemical but there's definitely something big going on behind these. 

"Where's dad?" I asked

"He went to buy some medicines. He's been depressed since Soo Hyun went missing" Jungkook replied. Lim Soo Hyun, our aunt's daughter and after her death my dad took care of her along with us. We three are really close but she went missing about a week ago. We even filed a missing report yet no clue. 

"Y/n, you're a lawyer. Why don't you find who's behind all these?"

"I'm a lawyer not a police! If someone related to the victims family along with proper evidence comes to me for help, then we can take help of law but I can't do anything without any proper witness or evidence" I replied making Jungkook sigh. 

I really want the victims to get justice but it's like my hands are tied. I can fight for them but I don't have anyone by my side. Jungkook is there, but if someone chases us, he'll be the first one to run leaving me behind moreover he isn't a lawyer yet. I really need someone with whom I can fight for these victims and give them justice. My thoughts were interrupted when a news displayed on the TV

"Chairman of Han group, Mr. Han Ji-hun confirmed the release of new medicine, WDN, which is supposed to be the best painkiller without any side effects. He also confirmed that he'll be addressing the press conference himself" 

"That asshole, he still wants his money in the midst of all these. I'm sure he's behind all these!" Jungkook said making a disgusted face

"I don't think it's him, or else how would they be able to release the medicine?"

"You never know" Jungkook replied. But little did I know, my life was going to change tomorrow onwards.
