Chapter 19- I'm still a villain

[Two days, Court of Justice]

As per as the evidence presented in the court, the court declares Han Group guilty for release of harmful medicine despite having serious and also the cause of the 8 murders by the means of in-human experiments. The court also orders to withdraw of all WDN medicines released as it is a harmful chemical and also to shut down Han Group permanently. 

A smile crept on my face after hearing the judgement. It's not that we won the case just because Taehyung threatened the judge but we had enough evidence compared to Han Group who had almost nothing to prove that they are Han Group is guilty

Taking a glance at Taehyung, who just had one look on his face. 

"Now it's finally my time to kill them"

We stood up and walked out, when the media approached us and bombarded us with question. Ignoring all of them, we somehow managed to reach our cars. Sitting in the backseat with Jungkook next to me, while Taehyung on the driver's seat and Jimin beside him

"We'll drop you off at the Law Firm cause we have somethings to take care of before we leave Korea" he said and I knew exactly what he meant

"You'll leave-e Korea?" I asked as the atmosphere became a rather sad one

"Yeah-h, our flight is tomorrow" He replied and I gave him a forced smile but my heart clenched at his words. That means, everything was nothing to him. I was a fool for expecting him to love. Maybe he did all this just to make me help him and then leave?

"How am I supposed to tell you that I don't want to leave but you're becoming my weakness which is not good for a mafia. If you're with me, you'll always have risk of your life and I really can't push you into this. It's better to stay away from each other" Taehyung thought with glistening eyes as he drove away

[Time skip: Han Group]

"Sir all the doors and windows are locked" One of Han Ji-hun's manager said 

"What do you mean they are locked! Break the doors or windows!"

"Sir we are on the 26th floor and the windows are unbreakable"

"Who the fuck ordered to make this type of windows!?" Ji-hun yelled

"Sir it was... you"

"So what! go and find a way to break- wait, what is that smell" Ji-hun asked as a strange smell hit their nose. Looking outside, they found a liquid rolling down the glasses all the way

"Wait is that.... Petrol!? Hurry up and get me out of here!?!?!!!" they kept yelling but Taehyung had different plans for them. Soon the entire building was set on fire along with all the people's trapped inside it

"Why give them such an easy death?" Jimin asked looking at the burning building from far

"Giving birth is the second most painful thing, being burned alive still remains first" Taehyung replied with a smirk

"And yeah, what about that judge... Lee something?" Taehyung asked

"Lee Jung-hoon? We did as you said" Jimin replied to which Taehyung nodded

"Taehyung, let me ask you again. Are you still willing to leave?" Jimin asked

"Yeah there's no point in staying here anyways. Don't think I've become a good man, I'm still a villain" Taehyung replied with a force chuckle 

"You know exactly what I mean. How long are you going to run away from your own feelings huh?"

"What are you talking about? I'm a mafia-"

"But you're a human at the end. Don't tell me you don't like Ms. Y/n because if you do, I can prove you wrong within minutes" Taehyung was silent. He had no answers to Jimin's questions. He was fighting between his good and bad side

"Taehyung, don't do something you'll regret okay?" Jimin patted his shoulder and left

[Time skip: Jeon Law Firm]

After the order of the chief justice, Han Group was ordered to shut down but the fire which broke out in the building killed everyone trapped there including Chairman Han Ji-hun. Is it just a normal fire or it was planned too?

"Taehyung did a good job!" Jungkook exclaimed. Me on the other hand, was lost in my own world

"You're upset aren't you?" Jungkook asked bringing me back to reality

"What? Why will I be upset?"

"Taehyung is leaving tomorrow... forever" he emphasized the last word 

"I know" I replied lowly

"We'll go together to bid goodbye to them okay?"

"No, I can't come. I have some works-" I was about to leave when Jungkook caught me by my wrist

"Don't do something you'll regret"

[Time skip: Next morning]

Arriving at the airport, it was currently 7:30 in the morning and their flight was I guess at 8:30. Steeping off the car I followed Jungkook inside. Heading towards the boarding department, my heart started beating fast. There he was, dressed elegantly to return to the place he belonged to. 2 months passed in a blink of eye and I didn't even realize how much I was going to miss him once he left. How much I was going to regret it. Jimin spotted us as a result he waved towards us while Jungkook did same.

I forced a smile as Jimin hugged Jungkook and then me too

"I'm going to miss you both brother and sister" Jimin said

"We are also going to miss you" Jungkook spoke on my behalf while I tried my best to smile

"Don't you have anything to say, Taehyung?" Jimin asked Taehyung whose eyes finally left the mobile screen and took a glance at us

"Huh? Thank you for your help" was all he said. I mentally cursed myself for hoping he would say something to me. Y/n, you're so dumb. 

"So you don't have any plan of returning any soon?" Jungkook asked

"No. I have nothing here to stay for, moreover I have my own business empire in Italy. You have nothing to loose if you don't have anything" He replied to which Jungkook nodded

Passengers taking the flight from South Korea to Italy are requested to reach gate number 3 as the boarding as started

They announced and I had this uneasy feeling. I didn't want them to leave, especially him

"Looks like it's time, Taehyung let's go" Jimin said picking up their bag. I looked down not wanting to maintain eye contact, not wanting to show anyone the tears which were just about to roll down my cheeks

"Ms. Y/n" I heard someone say as I looked up to see Taehyung. He came towards me as he pulled me into a hug. The smell of his perfume hit my nose which I was going to miss, his locks of hair falling on his forehead made him look perfect. I hugged him back as he whispered,

"Thank you for everything, Lawyer Jeon Y/n" my heart clenched hearing those last words before he left. Carrying his bag, he walked down to the boarding gates. Jimin who waved us goodbye, on the other hand, Taehyung didn't even spare a last glance at us. His figure slowly disappeared  in the crowd of people

I wish I can meet him one last time.....
