Chapter 16- Fear

"You're not Park Jimin, are you...? Mr. Jung Jae-hyun?" Taehyung said pointing the gun at him. So he knew it all along? Sometimes, I forget that he's a mafia. But he could've told me, at least I wouldn't get a slap after all. Ah, my cheeks hurt. I looked at the two man standing in front of me and the next thing Taehyung did, completely shocked me. He shot Jae-hyun right in his head. As Jae-hyun's body touched the ground, Taehyung walked up to me as he untied me. Helping me sit up, he spoke,

"Are you okay? Does your cheek hurt?" he was about to touch my cheek when I shoved his hands off while he looked at me with a calm expression

"You knew it all along! You could've told me! At least, I would've got a slap less!" 

"I'm sorry" he said while smiling which was rare

"Yah! How can you laugh? My cheek hurts so much" I said dramatically while his expression changed

"Really? Let's go and get you 15 injections" 

"Yah!" I yelled and he started laughing 

"Where's Jimin?" I asked

"He's okay. We've admitted him in the hospital"

"Hospital!? Is his condition too serious?" I asked definitely worried

"No, but he had some bruises so it was better than bringing him back" he replied and I nodded

"But when did you find out that he's not Jimin?" I said pointing at Jae-hyun's dead body

"Today when he said that he had kidnapped you that time I was confirmed, Jimin would never do anything like this, that also without telling me. Just when I was about to come here, I received a call from my men saying that they already found Jimin who was injured. He never encouraged me to kill someone. All these sudden change, his height, voice, removal of tattoo made is clear that it wasn't Jimin" he spoke while 'oh' was all I managed to say

"Let's go to meet Jimin. You'll need 15 injections anyway" 

"Yah!" we both chuckled as he helped me stand up

[Time skip: City Hospital]

Walking down the hospital corridors along with Taehyung, we entered Jimin's room only to find him on his laptop despite being injured. 

"Yah, Jimin, I told you to get rest" Taehyung said while taking his laptop from him

"I know but I need to send the stats of the sales of last month to Italy now" Jimin said that's when I realized, he will be gone once he's work is done. He has his own company there and of course, he's also a mafia, I don't think he'll come back. Thinking of which, it made me said. I walked up to Jimin and sat next to him

"Jimin, are you okay?" I asked and he nodded

"When's the court's hearing? Wasn't it supposed to be today?" Jimin asked

"Yes, it was supposed to be today but Han group has probably fed the judge with more to delay the hearing. They'll go to any limit to delay it. Those bastards, they'll pay" Taehyung and Jimin looked at me with raised eyebrows, probably shocked seeing my bold side

"Bold Ms. Y/n" Jimin said as I tried to stay in character

"Let's go" Taehyung said all of a sudden

"Where?"

"To get 15 injections"

"Yah!" I whined

"Where's your bold Ms. Y/n now huh?" he replied in a mocking way

"Shut-t up, I'm going to get some water" I excused myself to get some water

Taehyung's POV:

After Y/n left I looked at Jimin as he immediately looked away

"So this is making stats huh? You're literally searching for guns!? What if Ms. Y/n saw this?" I asked

"She already knows that we are mafia. Moreover, they took my gun, I needed one" Jimin replied

"Fine, search for it later, but now I want you to do something for me. I know you need rest now but I'm desperate" 

"Don't worry about that, it's just a few bruises. Tell me, what I need to do"

"Can you search up or find something related to Chairman Han Ji-hun's family? Like does he have any siblings, who is his father, who was the chairman before him and all?"

"That won't be a problem, give me sometime, and I'll find it out" Jimin assured and I nodded. I was about to leave when Jimin asked,

"Where are you going?"

"Han Ji-hun needs to pay for continuously delaying the date of hearing"

"What will you do?"

"Scare him to death will be enough for him right....?" I asked smirking

"Pediophobia, Fear of dolls. As far as I found out, Chairman Han Ji-hun is afraid of dolls. It's probably because of those creepy dolls out there or something. So what are you planning to do?"

"You know, I want to give him a near death experience before I actually kill him, in my way"

"No way! You're going to try that again?" Jimin exclaimed while Taehyung nodded proudly

"Yes! I missed V! I missed famous Italian mafia V!" Jimin exclaimed

"Yes, V is back!"

[Time skip: Midnight, Han Ji-hun's house]

Han Ji-hun's POV:

Reaching house after midnight was tiring. I hated staying out late and going to unknown places. Reaching home, I got out of my car and walked in. Entering my room, it was pitch dark which creeped me out a bit. Taking the support of wall, I started walking towards the switches that's when someone closed the door from outside. Knocking on the door a few times, yet no reply. It was like my voice couldn't be heard outside. 

All of a sudden the lights turned on making me sigh in relief but just as I turned around, it felt like my worst nightmares came true. My entire room was filled with dolls. My eyes widened at the sighed as my breathe fastened. I tried knocking but no response.

"HELP! GUARDS! SOMEBODY HELP!" I yelled with all power. I stumbled near a table, my eyes fixed upon the numerous creepy dolls. They scared the shit out of me. I started sweating as my legs started to shake realizing I was having a panic attack.

My body collapsed on the floor as my vision started to blur. That's when my eyes went on a note stuck on the wall

'Time to repay' was all I could remember before everything blacked out

"Taehyung! I found something important! Come to the hospital right now" Jimin said from the other side of the phone as Taehyung rushed towards the hospital. Reaching the hospital, he wasted no time in reaching Jimin

"What did you find?" He asked panting heavily

"Chairman Han Ji-hun's father, was arrested for sexual charges 21 years back" Jimin said

"What? What was the complaint?"

"He reportedly used a married women for his sexual desires and when she was pregnant he tried to kill her and that child so that this case won't come out in public but that woman's husband defended her and he was arrested. Few years, he was poisoned and he passed away"

"Is that woman alive?" Taehyung asked

"No. Well, Han Ji-hun's father had injured her enough to make her pass away right after giving birth to her child. She couldn't survive" Jimin replied

"And what's her husbands name?"

"Wait, it's.... no way!" Jimin exclaimed

"What happened?"

"It's Jeon Y/d/n (Y/n's dad's name)"
