"She knows we are here. She's coming." Then he collapsed on her and everything went pitch black.

Fenrys Moonbeam heard the yelling before the lightning, "Ruy! Wake up!" He ran out of his room down the hall and started banging on the wall, darkness was oozing out of the crack under the door. Another clash of lightning and there was another yell, "Ruy, please!" There was a rustling and a whisper, "She knows where we are. She's coming." There was one final boom and then there was nothing, just silence.
That's when Fenrys broke down the door he couldn't see anything, "Aelin!" He shouted, knowing that Aelin was either on his way now or she'd hear him and be here in an instant. He tried going into the room again, but just couldn't. As soon as the darkness hit him he was filled with his worst fears and the nightmares that kept him up at night, "Please, please get off me." He heard the begging and knew he had to go in, but he just couldn't--it was as if his feet were glued to the ground.
"Fenrys! I'm here, what..." She stops talking and looks into the darkness that he knew would make her feel fear. "Please, Aelin, she's stuck in there and I can't get in." She touches the darkness and winces, remembering the darkness consuming her. Aelin lights up her hand with her fire and steps into the darkness, all around the darkness pushes back until I can see the girl.
She's being crushed under the boy, her eyes wide open and breathing hard, "Please..." Aelin tries to get closer, but a wave of darkness gets in her way, "Can you move?" The girl shakes her head in response, "He has my arms pinned," She said shakely and in that moment she looked so much like...no Fenrys wasn't even going to think of that because it couldn't be true. It just couldn't, it wasn't even remotely possible.
"Sophie, you're going to need to teleport. I can't get in any further, but this light should keep the darkness from reaching you." Aelin then made a bigger fire and illuminated the room some more. The girl shook her head, "I can't, I can only go long distances and even if I wanted to go short I can't snap my fingers." When Sophie started doubting herself Fenrys assumed that there was much more to her story than she let on.
"You won't know if you don't try! Look kid, if Fenrys can do it, you sure as hell can." Aelin said.
"Lowkey, that hurt Aelin." The Queen laughed at him and a smile was starting to begin on the girl's face. It faded as the older boy showed up with Rowan, "You lying, sneaking, son of a--I'd finish that, but I love Della. You asshole!" Just like that she was out of the room and up in his face. When she realized that her eyes widened, "How..."
"You put aside your fear and doubts. Believe me, I know." He told the girl in front of him, "But unlike me, you can teleport anywhere, no matter how far."
She held her hand out to him and he looked at it skeptically, "Trust me, if you want to teleport further take my hand." And he did. As soon as he made contact he felt a rush of power that wasn't there before, "I'm an enhancer. Think of anywhere you want to go, and take me there." And he did.

Lorcan Lochan wasn't expecting a blonde duo to crash into their carriage--literally. "You did so well! Just work on your landings, it sucked ass." An unfamiliar voice called out to the person who was laughing like a maniac, "It worked! It worked! You're a miracle!" The kids sharing the carriage with him ran out of their seats and dashed out the door, "Sophie!" So this is the mystery girl who dropped these irritating kids out of the sky, he told her as much.
Elide elbowed him in the gut, he looked at the girl again and did a double check. He made eye contact with Fenrys and he gave a little nod, "Well, Tam isn't that irritating. Or the dark haired girl for that matter, just the brunette and blondie. They remind me so much of Aedion and Lysandra." The blonde girl laughs at him, "It takes time I guess, and you are just like Tam, dark and broody. I dropped him off at the right place."
