GONE (COMPLETED)

CH. 14

"Baby." — she whispered to my ear. Even if I'm still sleepy, I tried to open my eyes just to see the person I love laying beside me. Now, this is her, I can't sense the different vibes of her. I smiled sweetly as I reached her face and rubbed it.

"My Thea, sweetheart, you're here." — I whispered. She nodded head as she look at me with so much love.

"I'm sorry, ngayon lang kita nadalaw." — she said which makes me feel confused. Because Thea just went here yesterday and eventhough she's acting weird and uncomfortable around me.

"What do you mean sweetheart? You just came here yesterday." — I told her. She smiled at me and caressed my face.

"I know that baby. Bare with me, okay? I love you." — she respond softly. I'm lost with her words but I just smiled at her and lean on her palm on my face.

"I love you too. Stay with me, okay? Don't ever leave me." — I told her desperately. She look at me with unreadable expression but her eyes looks so sad that it breaks my heart into pieces. "I can't live without you." — I added weakly then let out a sob. She wrapped instantly her arms around me as she place a kissed on the top of my head.

"Shhh, I'm just here baby. I'm sorry for making you cry. Please I want you to be okay, alright?" — she comfort me, I tightened my embrace to her.

"I'm scared. I don't want to sleep." — I told her honestly.

"Why is that?" — she asked me.

"I'm afraid when I wake up in the morning, you're not here beside me. You might not visit me anymore. I'm afraid of that sweetheart. I'm miserable this past few weeks because you're not around. You're not answering my call either and you never texted me. It breaks my heart so much that I wanted to be gone forever." — I break down. Thea started to cry as well as she keep in saying how sorry she was. She keep on saying how much she loves me. I wanted to respond and asked her what happened to our vacation but I just can't find my voice anymore to asked her.

"Making you cry and sad is the least I wanted to happen. Baby tahan na. I'm here." — she said. I sniffed and look at her face.

"Promise me that you will stay here and you're not going anywhere." — I told her, she nodded her head with a small smile on her face. I reached her lips and claimed it which she gladly respond it.

When I wake up in the morning, I feel weak but I suddenly remember what happened last night. I sit on my bed as I felt my anxiety when I didn't find Thea beside me. Where is she? She promised that she will be here and she's no going anywhere? My sight started to blurred as I sob, honestly I hardly breathe as well and it makes me feel weaker. Thea sweetheart, please I need you.

Someone barge in my room as I let myself sat on the floor. I slowly lift up my chin to look at the person and gladly it was Thea who look so worried at me.

"B-baby what's the matter?" — she asked me as she help me to stand up. I hugged her tight and buried my face on her chest. I let myself cried harder on her arms, I'm so thankful that she's now here beside me. My God! I thought she really leave me.

"Sweetheart please don't leave me, just wake me up when you want to get up. Don't leave me on the like that. Akala ko iniwan mo ulit ako. I'm so scared not to see you again." — I said shakily. She sigh as she stroke my back and place a soft kiss on the side of my head.

"Okay I'm sorry. I'll do that, but you need to promise me that you will be okay. I need you to be okay baby." — she said to me. I inhaled her perfume and it was the stronger scent that she used the other day. I admit that I prefer her fruity smell but if she wanted this perfume then I should learn to be used it since one of my habit was smelling her.

"Alright. But I want you to be beside me sweetheart, okay? As long as you are here then I'll be okay." — I respond, she pull away and stare at my face. She place her hand on my face the caressed it afterwards.

"I-it makes me feel bad seeing you like this." — she sincerely said, I noticed her forming tears and it touched my heart knowing that she's indeed my Thea. She's still in love with me, I thought she had enough of me but maybe I just imagined things.

"You're the source of my happiness Thea." — I told her, she bite her lower lip and tried to hold her smile but she failed. I giggle as I wipe my tears then I place my hand on her nape. This cause her to blushed and swallowed hard. She's tense again, Why though?

"I'll just wash my face and do my morning routine sweetheart then let's talk, okay? Wait me here, I don't want you to go outside, promise me?" — I said to her, not hiding how scared I was. Her eyes soften as she nodded her head. I smiled at ease before I peck her lips. She's used a lip balm now  and it taste like strawberry again. She gave me a tight smile and I pull away from her then walked towards the bathroom. "Wait for me here sweetheart." — I said again.

"I will baby, I'm just here." — she respond. That's good to hear, I trust you Thea.

After 20 minutes (anyway that's the fastest bath for me), I'm already done, I twirl the towel on my hair and wear my undergarments and bathrobe afterwards.

When I got inside my room, Thea was is deep thoughts but I feel glad that she's still here. She didn't notice me that I'm already done and I take the chance to wear a sweatpants and a black shirt. As I comb my hair then put some beauty products on my skin and face. I approached Thea who is already looking at me.

"You're pretty." — she compliment me. Napangiti naman ako at nakaramdam ng kilig sa simpleng papuri nito sa akin. I sat on her lap sideways and wrapped my hand on her nape. She place her hand on my waist gently which make me smile at her.

"You prefer telling me that I'm cute, anyways, Thank you sweetheart. I'll make sure to be prettier today for you." — I respond which make her chuckled.

"So— ahm, what time did you sleep last night? Nakatulog ka ba ng mabuti?" — she asked me, I look at her confused.

"You were here with me last night sweetheart. That's my peaceful sleep since the day I got discharged." — I answered her. She blink her eyes before she nodded her head.

"Ah— right sorry b-baby, it— just you know just tired. Right yeah, just tired. But I'm glad you have a good sleep." — she rambling, I can't feel how nervous is she. I stroke her hair on the back which got my attention.

"Ow— did you cut your hair?" — I asked her then noticed her bangs and she has a tattoo on her right ear it was a small butterfly 🦋. "Why I just noticed you tattoo right now?" — I added with a frown on my face. I can feel her stiffness by my sudden questions. "And the bangs. Ngayon ko lang napansin lahat." — I said to her, she swallowed before she rubbed her nape.

"You surely have a lot of questions baby." — she said to me then she flash her beautiful smile which get my attention. I remained my stare on her kissable lips then I found out that she's leaning forward then claimed my lips. I got to taste her strawberry lips again. Siguradong masasanay din ako, I'm not really fan of strawberry though but she's Thea so it doesn't matter anymore.

"I love you baby." — she said between our kisses. I pull away and catch our breath.

"I love you too." — I respond. "Always." — I added then claim her lips one more time.

Oww my questions were forgotten well there's always another day. For now, I'll enjoy my breakfast and my meal was Thea's lips.
