Chris' POV

As soon as I switched off the engine, blaring music resounded even through the car. I stepped out with an ardent motive to find someone.

An information had been passed to me that a close friend to my sister had been here for quite some time. I was hoping to get some clues on the whereabouts of Jane. It seemed like a futile attempt as Jane was known to totally leave one clueless about her movements or life.

The only hope was that this friend of hers was the one person I knew my sister held close like glue.

Giving a quick look around my surroundings, I noticed the expensive taste of cars that swarmed the car pack. I could bet even middle aged men came here if not those really old philanderers.

Treading on each step up the tall structure, I found two heavily built statues by the door with their hands folded in front of them.

Approaching them, one of them unclasped the barricade, letting me in. Running a hand held metal scanner down my body, I was then let to go inside.

It was a legal club so no one had to worry about the police invading the club at any time. My phone pinged, displaying a message from my private investigator.

"She's in a short red dress with a slit on the side of the outfit. Particularly wearing a brunette extension with red edges." I shook my head at the thought of finding her in such a wide room filled with people.

Walking further past people, I inhaled the stench of cigarettes and alcohol. A part of me reminisced the times I would attend clubs with my friends either with or without our dates.

I scanned the area, my eyes in search of any girl on red. Steadily pushing through the crowd, I made my way to the centre of the club where the main fun was taking place.

I espied a red outfit far off in the middle of strippers. Squinting my eyes, I tried to spot out a familiarity but since I couldn't, I just made my way down the steaming room.

Trying as much as possible not to look at the half naked girls in front of me, I kept my eyes on my target who was moving away.

As I pushed, I got a grip on my shoulder. Turning my head behind, I first caught long pink painted nails before I cast my gaze to the girl that slid her hand seductively around my neck, stepping confidently in front of me.

Subconsciously I ran my eyes down her bare body, a shock running through me. When she ran her fingers down my chest, my senses jolted back to me and the decent part of me kicked in.

Taking the hand that had found its way close to my belt away - a gesture to signify I wasn't interested, she bit her lower lip, fluttering her eyelashes at me but respecting my request, she cleared the path, walking away. Though she did that in a bid to seduce me as she bounced her backside as she walked off which was only clothed by a thin piece of underwear.

Shaking my head, I pushed my way through the highly seductive atmosphere. Although it was a little bit hard having to stay put, I believed in being faithful. And Eddy was the last person I would even think of hurting. One of the sacrifices of being in a relationship.

The lady on red hoisted herself onto the bar stool in the drinks section, talking to the bartender. I trotted down to where she sat, my movement slowing down when I was close.

Sensing someone behind, she whipped her head towards me. Her eyes flashed in recognition and so did mine. It really was Bola.

For someone over thirty, she sure did amaze me. She still had her sun-kissed skin unlike some people I know of.
