[After a month and a half ]
Our semester exams had finally ended for the session so I am on my two months break.
During all these time, Chris and I have gotten really closer than before. One of the things I like about him is that he doesn't lie or keep much secrets away from me.
Father was right when he said that he and his girlfriend's relationship is just an infatuation.
Imagine how she treats him and uses him but he's blinded by a meaningless love.
That lady has really hurt him many times but he still crawls back to her. Thank God I haven't fallen for him if not.....

I was having a group chat with my departmental colleagues.
Since we are going for our third year, we really need new upgrades concerning almost everything in our department.
"Okay that's it for today, we'll talk later. Have a nice night guys.. " I said.
"You too. I'll give you guys a call soon" said our class representative.
I closed my system later, turning my eyes to the clock on the wall.
It's just 10pm already but I'm feeling so sleepy.
I walked to the bed and just had my body fall groggily on it. Without any blanket on my body, I still enjoyed the warmth of the bed as I let myself sleep bare.
Few seconds after I shut my eyes, a car honk sounded outside. And I'm sure the sound was outside the gate.
I groaned, digging my face into the pillow. I didn't realize I slowly closed my eyes again.
The horn sounded even louder. I raised my head to look at the window. I slowly pulled myself by my elbows on the bed, rubbing my eyes thereafter to clear off sleep.
Then again came the horn with an even longer sound. This sudden sound caused me to jump to my feet, my eyes now cleared of sleep.
I looked out of the window to see darkness everywhere. I sighed angrily at the disturbance.
But I don't understand why I'm feeling scared.
I fearfully slipped on my slippers and moved outside.
On opening the door leading to the outside, breeze just swept into the house.
The cold breeze immediately sucked my skin dry as I stepped outside, making me wrap my arms on my body as I moved towards the gate.
My eyes scanned the sky, sighting no moon. No wonder it's dark. The moon hid behind large nimbus that blanketed the entire sky.
It is probably going to rain sooner or later.
I pipped through the small glass hole made on the gate made for security reason.
A honk came again as I saw Chris inside his lit car.
What is Chris doing here this late?
Hastily, I opened the gate for him to drive in. As he drove in, I locked the gate.
When he had parked properly, I watched him open the door to his car. First was his left feet that came out to the outside, then he pulled himself out of the car.
A shudder came from me as he slammed the door hard.
I was instantly scared of his action.
Did I make him angry? I must have made him angry.
