Eli smiled at Peytons work. "The sayings are true." Peyton put the gun down next to her thigh. "You know, we could use someone with skills like yours. Why don't-" Eli was cut off by Peyton punching him and trying to shoot. He caught her arm and twisted it and kicked the back of her knee, forcing her down. Peyton twisted herself out of Eli's grip and rammed into his stomach, making him take a few steps back and almost falling over. She punched his gut as much as she could, but Eli was good and punched her before kicking her down. Peyton fell on her back and hurried to get up, but guards were on her in a second. They held her arms so she couldn't run as Eli wiped the blood on his cheek. Peytons face was bruising as well and had a little blood coming from her nose.

"You sure are a tough one to crack, huh Peyton? I guess that was a no to my offer to join us, but no worries," Eli said, walking towards her. He held her chin up to his level so they were staring into each others eyes. Her green ones to his blue ones. "You will break. I'll make sure of it."

With that, he punched her in the face. Peyton fell back a little ways, but not much from the guards holding her. They dragged her off away from Eli and past the weapons testing and labs. Past the vehicles and out of the massive garage back into the small hallway. It felt like hours before the 2 dragging her opened a door and threw her in another bare concrete room. They then shut the door and left with the light, leaving her in darkness once again.

It wasn't even an hour before the door opened again and a man filled the doorframe. His shadow, from what Peyton could see, walked towards her and shoved her so she was on her back. She was then picked up from her throat and held off her feet. Choking for air, Peyton saw the man before her. His tanned and bulging muscles were all over his body and his light blonde hair was combed back. His eyes were blue like Eli's and his face was square and his jaw tone. He wore a white t-shirt tucked in his tan pants with a gun strapped to his belt. Peyton guessed he was German. He smirked at her struggling to pry his hand off her throat unsuccessfully. She was losing air so fast and her eyesight went colorful. Right before she would pass out, he threw her down and watched as her body collapsed on the hard floor. Peyton coughed and gasped for air as her lungs were burning.

"You are funny," the German man said with an accent. "You think you're so tuff, but you're really not." He pulled out a large knife from behind that had a clean silver blade and a big antler piece for a handle. "This is my favorite knife. I've had it for years." The man came up to Peyton and pinned her down with his foot. He trailed it along her face and neck as Peyton tried not to move to avoid the blade cutting into her skin.

The man chuckled and hid it behind him, and before Peyton knew it, he came down and sliced deeply in her thigh.

"Ahh!"

"Have you ever wondered what Ryan must've felt like going through your torture?" Peytons eyes went wide and he smirked again. "Oh yes. We all know about that. Nothing is unknown to Blackout." The German man slit her thigh again and walked out- leaving Peyton in darkness and in pain.

Ryan, Cole, and Jackson just sat in the van thinking. They were in an alley in the city because they decided on not going back to the warehouse. Who knows if Blackout is just waiting there to catch them since Leo has been feeding them plans and whereabouts of everything. The 3 still couldn't believe that he would betray them.

"We have to go back."

"We can't, there'll be soldiers just waiting for us at the warehouse," Ryan replied to Cole.

"Not the warehouse," he said. "Blackout. We have to get Peyton and try again."

"If you haven't noticed already, we're a little short handed."

"Actually..." Ryan and Cole looked to Jackson. "I think I know where we could get some help."

"Who are you talking about," Cole asked. Jackson sighed.

"Our only option left."

"No. Absolutely not, Jackson," Ryan told him.

"Ryan, we have no one else and they can take out Blackout. All they need is a little help on whereabouts and plans."

"Who are you guys talking about?"

"All they would do is shove us off," Ryan said, ignoring Coles question. Jackson ignored Ryan's comment and pulled out his phone, dialing a number.

"Who are you- Ryan, who is he calling?" Ryan sighed and looked over to Cole.

"The FBI."
