Brynn Rawlings POV

Since I made Jorja pick up the girls from school, I put all their gifts away. My office has a hidden space to put everything at. I'm pretty sure Korin knows, but probably only a little bit. I think I'm teaching her too much of my secrets.

"Poppa!" I hear my girls yell, possibly running in the house. I closed the door to my office as they ran to me.

"How was school, loves?" I asked them. Luna likes to be held so I picked her up. Jorja hates that I baby her, well to a certain point. Baby girl has been neglected by Mr. Hill, and I have no problem with even showing that type of fatherly love.

"Good, but It was a boy talking about me." Luna said.

"What did they say?" We all went into the kitchen as Jorja made them a snack.

"He kept talking about the colors I have on." All she has on really is just pink and white.

"What did you tell him?" I asked her. I put her down as she went over to sit down at the table.

"I said my clothes cost more than what he had on." I tried to hold in my laughter. My Lulu couldn't have said that. Korin will definitely say that and more.

"Well baby as true as that may be, you don't need to respond to people like that. More than likely, they wish they were like you." I told her. "Besides, money isn't everything. Great response though."

Jorja smacked the back of my head as she handed the girls a bowl of fruit. Instantly, they went into the living room and started watching SpongeBob. SpongeBob for the culture.

"You know Korin told her that." Jorja said placing the rest of the fruit in the fridge. They will be back for more until dinner time.

"Yup." I said popping the p. "Luna probably doesn't quite understand, but that response is all Korin. Everything is pretty much PG-13 here. Then she is always playing, and with Korin so yeah."

"Should I be worried?" I looked at the worried face on Jorja.

"Yes." I smiled at her then kissed her lips leaving her in the kitchen.

My daughter isn't a bad influence, but she does have a smart mouth. Luna is too sweet to follow behind Korin. Then again, at least she won't be a pushover when she grows up. I can definitely see her in the future smile in someone's face while beating them up and act nice afterwards. I think it will do her some good because I know how it feels to have people just walk all over me just because I was nice.

The Next Day

We did what we normally do in the morning. Groaning and eating. All my girls gave me this huge teddy bear saying that it's for Hermes. I did switch and Hermes started chasing Luna and Korin around for a little bit.

Hermes Jabami POV

The girls went upstairs to get dressed for school while Jorja and I were still in the kitchen.

"I'm not that soft." I pouted. I never did this and all of a sudden I am. Maybe I am soft... to my girls of course.

"To us, yes you are. We still love you though Herm." Jorja wrapped her arms around my neck.

"That's such a horrible nickname. Herm?" Out of all things Herm is my nickname.

"Actually that is the only nickname for Hermes you know." She told me. I pulled my phone out and searched it. Sadly she is right, but I'm not going to say those words out loud.

"I mean okay I get that, but my family especially the Jabami's call us Herm and Jojo. You couldn't possibly think that's...cute." I said.

"It is cute. I love it." She smiled.

"Lord have mercy. Our nicknames sound horrendous." I laughed, shaking my head. "I guess it's okay, but it sounds like an old white couple."

I couldn't help but stare at Jorja. Our relationship with both Brynn and I is very interesting. Jorja is more interested in knowing everything about me. IN due time, I will tell my baby, but that's some time from now.

"Will I ever know what you do?" she asked.

"You will, but when I do, promise you wouldn't look at me differently. I trust you and when I do tell you, keep an open mind." telling her I kill people for a living isn't something anyone's lover would like to hear.

"Is it bad?"

"How can a regular family, like mine, be a family to a powerful one." I stated. "But when that time comes, I'll show you why. Fair warning, you may or really won't like it. No it does not involve trafficking people and or children. Nothing in that type of nature, that just fucking disgusting."

"Good because we would be a couple anymore if it was." she leaned up to give me a kiss. "Now go lay down because I know you will. I'll take the girls to school."

I went upstairs checking on the girls as they grabbed their bookbags. Korin and Luna have a matching Nike set on. Korin's is red, while Luna's is black.

"Behave now." I pointed to Korin.

"I will poppa." Korin kissed me on the cheek, and Luna did too.

"Have a good day girls. Don't eat too much candy." They both went down the steps.

"No promises!" Korin yelled..

Brynn talking = Bold, Hermes talking= Underline and Italic

-That girl will be a handful to whoever she dates in the future-

-Most definitely. I think she will be into BDSM when she's older-

-How can you make that type of assumption now? She is just a kid.-

-So, some kids already know they are gay. Like most gay boys have female mannerisms , and posture. It's the ones that are more masculine that are hard to tell. Then with females, that shit is really hard to hell. You can tell with the more masculine ones, but the feminine ones are the hardest.-

I can tell Brynn wants to bang her head against the wall. Well our head, but to Brynn I look totally different. It's like I have my own body in our head, but in reality we share the same body.

-Sometimes I think you're a demon-

- I mean when we switch our eyes rolls back then mine eye color comes out. Then my tone of voice, and demeanor comes out so to people who don't know doesn't realize that. Now just sit ya ass back and relax.-

-Who are you and what have you done to Hermes? Slang is not a part of your vocabulary.-

I just chuckled as I got into the shower.

-When was the last time I was this comfortable with a relationship we had?-

In our head it's just silence.

-Exactly.-

Jorja brings me out more, and I don't mind it. It's easier to be cold to people that I don't know or even care about. With Jorja and Luna, I care more, and enjoy being out. I don't involve my heart or our, I don't know who to describe it, but they make me want to be more involved.

-Softy Hermy-

-Oh not you too-
