"Good idea. Prank him. I hope it won't fail," I heard Abreu said in an emotionless tone that made me laughed as I put a shirt on.

So, ano gagawin ko pag-labas ko ng kwarto? Should I act like I didn't heard them planning to prank me? Minus points na ba ako kung ma-fail ko 'yung possibly prank ni Tito?

Bago ako lumabas ay tumingin muna ako sa salamin. Hindi naman akong mukhang nagpaka-lasing kahapon. Pero para lang naman sigurado ay dumiretso na ako sa cr dito sa kwarto para mag-hilamos ng kaonti.

Nang maka-labas na ako ay hindi na muna ako kaagad lumapit sa kaniya. Nakatayo lang ako sa may pintuan ng kwarto habang pinapanood siya na tumatango at puro 'opo' 'yung sinasabi.

"Nasaan na nga si Gael?" Ayan nanaman 'yung tanong ni Aldrin na nagpakaba bigla sa akin.

I don't really feel that nervous anymore towards Aldrin. Pero sa Papa niya? I saw her Dad before and maybe had the smallest conversation with him. Pero hindi kami close katulad ng kay Tita Audrey.

Tumingin sa akin si Abreu at nilakihan ako ng mata. She then mouthed, "Want to talk?"

I mean... I'm already here. It may seem rude if I'll say no.

I tried hard not to look nervous. So, I pursed my lips and shrugged like it was nothing and it's really okay.

She smiled and nodded before she moved to her right and tapped the space beside her. I took a deep breath before I walked to her and sat next to her. Abreu scooted beside me that made me took a deep breath. Is it okay if they'll see us this close?

She was smiling when she moved her phone so the camera can see the both of us.

I flashed out a small smile and was about to raise my hand to say hello but my hand slowly formed into a fist as I slowly put it down when I saw how serious Aldrin looked like.

"He's just messing around," Abreu said as she shook her head. "Kuya!"

"Kakausapin ka raw ni Papa pati ni Mama," Aniya habang binabalatan 'yung chocolate. Kinain niya 'yon habang diretso 'yung tingin sa akin.

Tumango ako. "Sure."

Ngumisi si Aldrin bago siya nawala sa screen. Biglang kumabog 'yung dibdib ko nang biglang nandoon na 'yung Papa niya.

"Anak, hand your phone to your boyfriend," sabi nung Papa niya. At hindi ko alam kung matutuwa ba ako na gano'n 'yung tawag niya sa akin o matatakot ako kasi gano'n 'yung sinabi niya.

"What? Why?" Abreu asked.

I looked at her and nodded. "It's okay."

Her lips parted as she slowly nodded. She handed me her phone before I went inside the room. Pagka-pasok ko ay narinig ko na kaagad 'yung intro nung netflix sa sala.

"So, Gael?" Nakangiting sabi ni Tito.

Napangiti rin ako. Tumango ako. "Hello po."

"Kaibigan ka ni Aldrin 'di ba? Nakikita na ata kita dati."

"Ah, opo..."

"Ikaw rin 'yung boyfriend niya dati?"

Nangunot 'yung noo ko pero nag-oo na lang ako. Hindi ko alam na alam pala niya 'yon.

"She told me about you when she's about to move in... Ang bilis niyo rin, ah. Kakakita niyo lang ulit tapos kayo na bigla," aniya at natawa ako bago tumango.

"Alam narin po ba ni Tita Audrey?" Tanong ko pagkatapos kong tumawa sa sinabi niya.

Umiling siya. "Sa akin niya lang sinabi. She told me to keep it a secret. We'll just tell it to Audrey when we got there," he said before pointing at me. "You better be ready."
