Author pov

Jin was on his way to y/n house to pick her up because they both planned that when she gets back from her tour they will catch up a bit he was very excited to see his baby sister
(The news is out about her coming back from tour)

He arrived he knocked on her door no answer
'that's weird' he thought to himself he tried again but like the first time no answer he did have a spare key because they both got very very close in only little time of course it's because they are siblings but y/n doesn't know that unfortunately well not yet anyway.

He unlocked the door and he called out for his sister but to be met with no reply he had a strange feeling boiling up in his stomach 'something wrong'

he frantically searched around her house he went to the second floor immediately being hit with cold air like a window was open? 'The balcony!!' He thought he rushed further down the hallway to the balcony the doors wide open to see a sight he doesn't want to ever see again.

His little sister laying on the floor hair wet all the colour drained from her face her lips chapped her face in so much pain and he could see the dried up tears down her face.

His heart stopped 'how did this happen?!' He questioned himself.

He immediately kneeled down to his sister and lifted her cold body into his arm's 'y-y/n hey wake u-up' he said softly while tapping her cheek gently 'g-gosh please for the love of god wake up please please' he begged

She was cold to the touch and her breathing was very shallow. Tears dropped one by one down his handsome face he grabbed his phone out of his back pocket and dialled the ambulance with shaky hands.

Time skip hospital

Jin was left alone in his thoughts when his sister was wheeled away from him his band members where calling him non stop mainly namjoon though.

After 4 gruelling hours of waiting on news about his sister the doctor came out of the operation room with sweat running down his head jin couldn't even imagine how hard it must of been for the doctors and nurses.

'What happened is she okay ?did the operation go okay ?how is she can i go see her now? Did something go wrong? Did someone do this to her?!' The poor doctor was flooded by questions 'i-i yes she is okay and the operation went okay but she has damaged her vocal cords so she wont be able to speak for a while but with the medication it will make the healing process faster. And unfortunately i have no idea on what happened. The girl needs plenty of rest she was found on her balcony no?' Questioned the doctor

'y-yes i found her on the balcony' jin said in a pained voice the image of her flashing in his head he felt a tug on his heart strings 'well it seems that she was passed out and she was left overnight on her balcony that explains why she was cold to the touch she also seemed to hit her head pretty hard it only needs a few stitches but they shall heal over time and lets hope her vocal cords heal quickly because she will need her voice for her up coming concert'

All of the information hit jin like a truck so many questions flying in his head he was brought back to his senses when the doctor patted him on his shoulder gently 'are you okay mr kim?' Asked the doctor
'yes sorry about that thank you so much for taking care of my sister-' he released what he just said
'i mean shes like a sister to me thats all' he said while frantically waving his hands in the air a nervous smile plastered on his face. The doctor chuckled
'yes mr kim it is my pleasure to have been at your sisters service' he said with a smile.

Jin looked at him and was about to correct him he was interrupted by the doctor 'you see i was friends with your mother ah what a lovely lady. she always passed by my house with a big smile on her face. I was always in my garden while watching her pass by never once did she not say a good morning to me and my wife but one day she walked passed with a baby bump and a small toddler walking by her side her smile even bigger. She soon gave birth and fate decided i was going to be her doctor to deliver your baby sister and you were only 3 years old you had no clue what was going on bless you maybe thats why you don't remember me hu? I saw you two grow up you both walked past my house to your school and boy did you two shoot up Sadly i never saw the three of you again walking past my house . Your mother sent a letter to me saying you were all moving to a new house and she apologised for not being able to say goodbye in person. Your mother will be very proud in the both of you'

the doctor said with a sad smile then an alarm went of the doctor was about to leave but before he left jin held onto his hand 't-thank you' he said with a sad voice the doctor only nodded before leaving.
