It's been a month since One Direction started their second tour. Harry's been eager to see Maddie, though the rejection she gave him. I guess that's true love for him.
It was as if nothing happened between them. Harry skyped with Maddie almost once every week and she answered. But, the only reason she did answer was because she didn't want to break Harry. She knew that Harry loved her deeply, but she just was too nice. Little did she know, she was falling for him little by little.
"Harry! Have you skyped with Madeline this week?" Louis jumped onto his bed and jumped on it.
"No, but I was going to. Before you came into this room. Why?"
"Well.... I was just wondering, if we could join your Skype session with Maddie?"
"We?" In a second, Sheena and the rest of the lads came into the room smiling sheepishly. "I guess. You're all here anyways."
Harry took the laptop from under his pillow and went onto his Skype. He looked for Maddie and called her.
Her face, along with her friend, Tess, appeared on the screen.
"Hey, Haz. How's tour?" Maddie casually started the conversation. She's actually been really eager to see Harry, though she didn't know why.
"It's been well. we're actually going to perform in Canada tomorrow. How are your studies?"
"It's getting complicated. I'm actually having troubles with math all of a sudden. I'm passing with a C though..." Maddie looked away from the screen for a bit. Then she turned her head back. "How are the boys and Sheena? They're not torturing her are they?"
"Offensive!" Niall muttered.
"Wait... Are they in your room right now?"
"Surprise!" The boys jumped out and Sheena just flopped down onto the bed.
"Maddie! I've missed you so much!" Sheena said as she crawled closer to the laptop.
"Sheena, you Skyped with me two days ago. How can you still miss me?" Maddie rolled her eyes and chuckled at the screen. "I'm kidding. I miss you guys too. It's boring without Louis trying to save his carrots from my stomach."
"Hey, my carrots are family. And family means no one gets left behind or forgotten."
"Yeah, yeah. I understand your passion. Anyways... May I have a word with Harry alone? I need to tell him something and I also need to go soon. So get out." They did as told and Maddie put a passed out Tess, into bed.
"Yes, Maddie?"
"I've been thinking lately."
"About?"
"About a relationship."
Harry just smiled like an idiot.
"Before you assume things, I'm just thinking that I'm ready. Not 100% but about 40% ready. Okay?"
"Okay. I'll still wait for you, just remember that." Harry was about to go crazy. He wanted so much to just jump around his room and yell.
"I know. Okay then. I have to go. See you later. Goodbye." Maddie stopped the call, feeling somewhat relieved that she got that off her chest.
Harry shut his laptop closed and jumped around the room.
"Yes!" he shouted happily. The boys came into the room and looked worriedly at Harry.
"Harry? Are you alright?" Liam asked.
"Oh, I'm more than alright. I'm just full of happiness!"
"Because?" Sheena asked.
"Maddie says that she's almost ready to accept a new relationship." Harry smiled widely.
He finally feels somehow complete by saying those words aloud.
